In a specific date to collect related information, and wound tissue, blood leukocyte count, serum hyaluronic acid test, bacterial culture, identification, colony count and pathological HE dyeing, and calculate the wound area.Results:animal experiment results show:hooping group compared with the rest of the group wound healing fast, wound lowest temperature, low white blood cell count, serum hyaluronic acid content is the highest; Pathological HE staining showed hooping light group than other group wound tissue edema, inflammation reaction, granulation growth fast, quick wound scab over, thin repair scars.Conclusion:qingrejiedu hooping method to promote wound healing, reduce infective diabetic foot ulcers, skin temperature, control of local infection, reduce tissue edema, promote granulation growth all have obvious effect.
