Review mainly discussed the related influence factors of diabetic foot ulcer healing time. Its partial factors include infection, ischemia, edema, ulcers, depth, area and the location, bone damage, and neuropathy, etc; Overall factors including infections, anemia and hypoalbuminemia, sugar state, patient age and its complications, complications, and so on. External treatment in western medicine aspect, mainly introduced several new debridement methods and several new dressings, and negative pressure attraction, interventional therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation frontier surgery or treatment. In the aspect of Chinese medicine treatment, the early or acute stage with evil reality is given priority to, so to eliminate pathogenic as the main therapeutic principle; Medium-term or remission is virtual and real exist together, according to the established treatment with evil is virtual to real, centralizer and eliminate pathogenic and; Late or recovery time is given priority to with are virtual, and evil, so should give priority to with centering on treatment.Research purposes:through animal experiments and clinical observation, to set up the control group, qingrejiedu hooping was explored to promote wound healing, reduce infective diabetic foot ulcers, skin temperature, control of local infection such as the positive role.Research method:animal experiment will male SD rats group diabetic ulcers, the experiment model is set up. In a specific date to collect related information, and wound tissue, blood leukocyte count, serum hyaluronic acid test, bacterial culture, identification, colony count and pathological HE dyeing, and calculate the wound area.Results:animal experiment results show:hooping group compared with the rest of the group wound healing fast, wound lowest temperature, low white blood cell count, serum hyaluronic acid content is the highest; Pathological HE staining showed hooping light group than other group wound tissue edema, inflammation reaction, granulation growth fast, quick wound scab over, thin repair scars.Conclusion:qingrejiedu hooping method to promote wound healing, reduce infective diabetic foot ulcers, skin temperature, control of local infection, reduce tissue edema, promote granulation growth all have obvious effect.
