OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Jiu-Yi Dan on infection wound healing and security.METHODS:Forty patients with Low simple anal fistula from September 2010 to April 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each 20 cases, the treatment group used Jiu-Yi Dan, after dead tissue dropping used Bacteric gauze; the control group used Bacteric gauze until the wound healing. We observe the wound areas, the wound luster changes and other clinical signs on the previous day,1,7,14,28 days. hydrargyrum content in blood and urine of the treatment group should be detected on the previous day,1,4,7 days and some time points after drug withdrawal.RESULTS:(1)The total effective rate o f two groups were 100% after 28 days-therapy. The rate of recovery and significant figures respectively is 95% and 5% in treatment group, otherwise the corresponding rate respectively is 85% and 15% in control group. (2) The wound-healing time was shorter in treatment group than that in control group (p< 0.05). (3)The percentage of healing areas in treatment group was better than the other one after 7 days-therapy. (4)The time of epithelization in treatment group was shorter. (5)There were remarkable different in total integral in two groups, the control group was beter.There were no poor effections.CONCLUSION:Jiu-Yi Dan can expedite the infection wound healing, and it's safe for patients with certain dose in a short time.
