ObjectivesUsing traditional Chinese nursing in the preoperative anxiety of hemorrhoids, to relieve preoperative anxiety, to help stabilize the preoperative, intraoperative vital signs, prevention, reduction of postoperative complication rate, changing concepts of health of patients. Traditional care of preoperative anxiety in hemorrhoids intervention in the characteristics and advantages, not the promotion of Chinese medicine care in the clinical application of reference.Methods120 patients with hemorrhoids and to be operated as the samples. Filling the Self-rating anxiety scale, With the random number table,distributed the patients into the two groups,the one group used the routine care,the other group used the Traditional Chinese nursing.The patients in routine care group was treated with routine care,the patients in Traditional Chinese nursing group was treated with routine care and Traditional Chinese nursing.the period was 3-5days.Observed separately whether there have the statistically significant difference with the patients in the two proups of respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, the use of analgesics in postoperative,the use of catheterization in postoperative.ResultsIntervention group and control group in the admission of the SAS value on the baseline comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. After the second intervention,1 hour, again collecting the above information, the SAS values intervention group patients, pulse value, systolic blood pressure compared with the control group of patients, lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the second intervention, intervention group patients and the diastolic blood pressure values of breath compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); The postoperative catheterization, postoperative pain tolerance, the wound healing, postoperative bleeding, patient satisfaction, the intervention group were.better than the control group; intervention group compared with the control group after a short hospital stay, was significantly different (P<0.05).ConclusionBy psychological care, acupressure, Chinese characteristics such as diet nursing care applied to alleviate preoperative anxiety in patients with hemorrhoids, can effectively reduce the value of patients with SAS, stable patients with systolic blood pressure, pulse, and enhance the postoperative wound pain in patients with resistant by reducing the operation of catheterization on patients, reduce bleeding complications and promote wound healing, shorten hospital stay in patients with hemorrhoids, increase patient satisfaction with care, fully embodied the traditional Chinese concept of the holistic care care center characteristics and advantages, and worth of clinical application.
