Reseach On Clinical Nursing Pathways Of Combined Surgical Technique For Children With Congetition Pseudarthrosis Of The Tibia

ObjectiveTo establishment a Clinical Nursing Pathway(CNP)for combined surgical technique for children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia(CPT).Methods(1)This study used the medical record review method to screen medical care items of the CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPT.Through qualitative research to understand the home care experience and health education needs of parents,and supplement the health education content of CNP.Then,through literature review to improve the CNP.The prototype of the CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPT was initially formed.(2)Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultations with 15 experts from Shanghai,Shandong,Anhui,Wuhan,Hunan,Shenzhen,Guangxi,and Sichuan,the construction of CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPT was initially completed.(3)The feasibility and convenience of CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPT were verified by pre-experiment.The construction of the CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPTwas finally completed.Results(1)By reviewing medical records,qualitative research,and literature review,the prototype of the CNP of combined surgical technique for children with CPT was initially formulated.(2)Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted to screen the CNP of combined surgical technique for children with CPT.For the two rounds of consultation,the expert's authority coefficient is 0.90,the letter recovery volume is 100%,the Kendall coordination coefficient is 0.281 and0.379(P<0.01).According to the expert opinion,20 items were added,5 items were deleted,and 27 items were adjusted.The CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPT was preliminary constructed.(3)The results of 3 rounds pre-experimental show that the CNP of combined surgical technique for children with CPT has good feasibility and convenience.The CNP includes clinical care pathway form,4 specific care plans,outbound path criteria,entry path criteria,and evaluation index of application effect of the CNP.The CNP of combined surgical technique for children with CPT was finally constructed.ConclusionsThe CNP for combined surgical technique for children with CPT was established.And it will provide scientific basis for the clinical nursing practice.
