Near Infrared Liver Disease Therapeutic Apparatus Combined Drug Acupoint Coating Of Liver Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B Virus (hbv) Index

Objective:Through the clinical observation, this paper is to study the treatment to the liver and gallbladder dampness heat type chronic hepatitis B by the joint of the near infrared liver disease therapy instrument and the levamisole instrument for drug-coated to different specific acupuncture points, and furthermore to discuss the improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the influence on the index of hepatitis B virus.Methods:40patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with20cases in each group. All participants underwent the treatment of the near infrared liver disease therapy instrument together with the levamisole drug coated irradiation. The treatment group was added with liver, lienal Yu Yu, stage door, Taichong, interline acupoint irradiation treatment. The treatment group and the liver, spleen with yu yu, stage door, multiple points emmeniopathy. radiation therapy while the control group only to remain the original treatment. Both groups took six months as one treatment course. Compare the two groups with the changes of the TCM symptoms and signs integral, tongue, ALT, AST. HBeAg. HbsAg and HBV-DNA ration before and after treatment.Result:1. TCM symptoms integral comparison:the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.2. TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:the clinical cure rate and the total effective rate was better than the control group.3. the liver function transaminase (AST, ALT) comparison of the patients of the two groups:the numbers of ALT and AST were both decreased obviously in these two groups compared to those before in3months, P<0.01, which showed significant differences; The comparison of the treatment group and control group after treatment showed P=0.01, which had the remarkable differences, explaining the treatment group was more efftective than the control group in3months in the aspective of the curative effect; the numbers of ALT and AST within group comparisons in6months showed that P<0.01, and the comparison of the treatment group and control group after treatment showed P=0.03, explaining the curative effect of treatment group is still higher than the control group.4. the HbsAg and HBeAg negative rate comparison of the patients of the two groups:The comparison of the treatment group and control group after treatment showed P<0.05, which had the remarkable differences, explaining the treatment group was more efftective than the control group in3months in the aspective of the curative effect5. the HBV-DNA quantitative detection comparison of the patients of the two groups:two groups of patients before treatment HBV-DNA display P>0.05, no significant differences, comparable; after treatment, the results showed that Z=2.756, P=0.01, showing significant differences before and after treatment, which could lead to the conclusion that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of the joint of the near infrared liver disease therapy instrument and the levamisole instrument for drug-coated to different specific acupuncture poins could not only effectively improve symptoms and signs of the chronic hepatitis b patients with type of damp heat in liver and gall, significantly reduce the hepatitis b virus index, further illustrates the importance of combining tradtional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, but also reveals the profound significance in main and collateral channels acupoints in acupuncture and moxibustion.
