| 1.Purpose: By observing the Chinese medicine granules wormwood powder combined western medicine entecavir in courage syndrome of Chronic Hepatitis B(Chronic Hepatitis B,CHB)the role of clinical treatment,analysis of pure western medicine entecavir treatment with Chinese medicine granules Yin yu scattered with western medicine entecavir therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of Chronic Hepatitis B patients with liver syndrome and related laboratory parameters change,and compared the pure western medicine treatment and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the curative effect between the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diagnosis and treatment plan for the future application of providing certain guidance function.2.Methods:Among the patients with chronic hepatitis b in our department,60 patients with liver and gallbladder dampness-heat chronic hepatitis b were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random allocation.The control group was treated with western medicine entecavir,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine granule yinyu powder combined with western medicine entecavir.In terms of time,the changes of TCM syndromes in the two groups were observed at four stages,namely,before treatment,4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks.The effects of TCM granules yinyu powder on the treatment of chronic hepatitis b were comprehensively analyzed and considered based on the laboratory test results of related indicators.3 The Results: 3.1 Comparison between the two groups in terms of improvement evaluation of TCM syndromes,the treatment at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks was better than that before treatment,and the improvement after 12 weeks was more obvious than that after 4 weeks.3.2 In terms of the improvement evaluation of TCM syndromes,the improvement of TCM syndromes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01)when the two groups were compared at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment,that is,the two groups were compared at the same time node.3.3 Comparison between the two groups in terms of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes,both groups were significantly improved after 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).3.4 Comparison between the two groups in terms of the evaluation of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes,the comparison between the two groups at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment,that is,the comparison between the two groups at the same time node,the total effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).3.5 In the comparison of ALT,AST,GGT,AKP,TBIL,the two groups were significantly improved at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment(P<0.01),and the comparison between the two groups at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment showed that the improvement was significantly improved at 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).3.6 In comparison between the two groups in ALT,AST,GGT,AKP,TBIL and other laboratory indicators,the comparison between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment showed significant improvement compared with the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the improvement of partial liver function indicators between the two groups after 12 weeks and 24 weeks,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Conclusion: 4.1 On the basis of western medicine entecavir antivirus combined with traditional Chinese medicine granule yinyu powder in the treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heat chronic hepatitis b,it has good curative effect in improving the clinical syndromes of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,rapidly improving the liver function,reducingenzyme and decoloration,which is worthy of promotion and application.4.2 The clinical application of yinyu powder of traditional Chinese medicine granules showed no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment. |
