Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and infrared heat map characteristics of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on ganshu points for insomnia of liver-fire harassing heart, and explore the application value of infrared thermal imaging technology in the evaluation of insomnia efficacy.Methods:66 patients who met the test criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,33 cases each. The control group was given conventional acupuncture,In the experimental group, ganshu bloodletting was added as a control, and both groups treat for 4 weeks. The two groups of subjects received infrared thermal imaging examination before and after treatment, and statistically analyzed PSQI scores,TCM symptom scores,SAS scores,SDS scores, the relative temperature of each area of the face and san jiao.Results:1.The gender, age, course of disease,PSQI scores,TCM syndrome scores,SAS scores,SDS scores, the relative temperature of each area of the face and san jiao between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group was 87.50% and 83.87%,which was equivalent(P>0.05).3.The TCM syndrome scores improvement rates of the two groups were 93.75%and 83.87%,respectively,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment, the total score of PSQI and the score of each part were decreased after treatment(P<0.05);total score of PSQI of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving sleep quality, time to fall asleep, and daytime function.5.After treatment, comparison within and between groups about the SAS scoresand SDS scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment, comparison within and between groups about the relative temperature of eyes, forehead and shang jiao were statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Changes in PSQI and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment are positively correlated with changes in the relative temperature of eyes, forehead and shang jiao(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy is equivalent to conventional acupuncture for insomnia of liver-fire harassing heart.Acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving TCM symptoms and anxiety and depression.2.Acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy is superior to conventional acupuncture in correcting the deviation of the relative temperature of eyes, forehead and shang jiao in patients with insomnia of liver-fire harassing heart, and the change trend of the heat map is related to the clinical efficacy.3.Infrared heat map can be used as an evaluation index for the effect of insomnia intervention, and can also provide a reference for the comparison of the effects of different therapies on insomnia intervention.
