Objective:Osteoporosis (OP) is the common diseases andepidemics in the elderly aged over50in the world. WHO is also listed it in the threemajor diseases of old age because of its large harm, expensive medical costs, and highmortality. Therefore, how to prevent and treat osteoporosis will become more popularand hot topic. Due to peculiar life cycle, female gets osteoporosis earlier, theincidence of osteoporosis on female is much greater than male. This study uses this package; the significance of the study is to in olderwomen with low bone mineral density to implement the walking program; and theeffect of intervention were observed and evaluated, confirmed that this scheme canenhance the body balance, to prevent and delay the loss of bone mass, as in olderwomen with low bone mineral density groups to carry out vigorous walk providecertain scientific basis.Methods: The middle-aged women with low bone mineraldensity or osteoporosis phenomenon (often leg pain, cramps, bone mineral densityvalues in the-1.0≥T-score≥-2.5), not complicated by other diseases, weredivided into experimental group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Theexperimental group performed15weeks of walking exercise, exercise time every timearound60min, frequency is3times per week, compared to the control group inaccordance with their regular exercise habit. The experimental group exercise duringdynamic heart rate of subjects carried out a heart rate monitor, observe the exerciseintensity, and using a pedometer recording effective step number; test theexperimental group and the control group and the experimental bone mineral densityindex (BUA, T value, Z value), balance index (fall risk index, eye-closed andsingle-legged standing, closed mesh piaffe), body shape index (BMI, body weight,body fat content), and make statistical analysis and comparative analysis, observationand evaluation of its effect on fitness. Results: sorting through the extraction rate testdata the results show that, the scheme of walking exercise intensity is moderate intensity exercise; bone mineral density index, body balance index, body shape indexof the intervention had increased than before, the control group index did not changesignificantly. Conclusion: by15weeks,45times of walking exercise intervention, theintervention group on bone mineral density and balance ability index on compliancechange and good response, the subject are obviously improved, that of walking withdelaying and preventing bone loss, improve bone health, improve balance function. |
