Professor Wei Zixiao Hyperthyroidism Clinical Experience Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Research

Object:Applying datamining technology, withProfessor Wei feedbaek opinions, to find out his clinical thought on treatment of hyperthyroidism By arrangement of ancient and contemporary literatures on the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism, to finish the traceability and analysis of ProfessorWei theoreticeal basis;At last, combined with data mining, to achieve the academic characteristic collation and experience summary on treatment of diabetic nephropathy of Zixiao Wei.Method:73cases diagnosed and treated by professor Wei, including80clinical datas, were colleeted by structural clinical data collection system designed by Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Data mining methods such as descriptive statistics association rules, cluster analysis were used to mine the distribution of syndrome elements, relations of diseases, syndromes and Chinese medicinal herbs, compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine. Finally, the academic experiences on diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism of professor ZIXiao Wei were summerised by human-computer cooperation.Result:There were80outpatients in the study:71outpatients were female (88.8%) and9outpatients were male (11.3%).The cardinal symptoms were thermolabileji (75%)、thyroid enlargement|struma|simple goiter or Thyroid Nodule (75%)、Mood Restless and easy to angry(58.8%)、sleep is poor (55%)、Lack of power (46.3%)、hidrosis(31.3%)、palpitation (30.0%)、menstrualdisorder (in female26.8%)、xerophthalmus (20%) lose weight (18.8%)、more defecate (17.5%)、Hands tremble (16.3%). exophthalmos (16.3%).The tongue manifestation were tongue colour dull-red46times (57.5%); tongue colour red27times (33.8%); fat tongue body53times(占66.3%); yellow tongue proper10times (12.5%); white and greasy tongue coating10times (12.5%); yellow and greasytongue coating8times (10.0%); pulse manifestation Narrow Thread47times (58.8%); pulse manifestation Narrow Thread and fast22times (27.5%)。Diagnosis were Yingbing(700%), Xinji (30),Therapeutic Methods were benefiting vital energy(77.5%)、method of treating yin deficiency by reinforcing body fluid (76.3%). clearing away heat and reducing fire (73.8%). soothing the liver (56.3%)、reduce spitting (55.0%)、Morten Damgaard Andersen (53.8%)、nourishingtheblood(53.8%)、rougan (48.8%)、Diss ipat ing Mass (47.5%)、huoxuehuayu (27.5%)。There were153types of Chinese herbs to be used. The most use to prescription were tuckahoe、Paeonia lactiflora pallas、ChineseThorowaxRoot、Acorus tatarinowii Schott、curcuma aromatica、LargeheadAtractylodesRhizome、radix scrophulariae、polygala tenuifolia、Zedoary、radix pseudostellariae、Bolbostemma paniculatum、 fruit of citron、rootbark of tree peony、Radix Salviae Miliorrhizae、 Rhizoma Pinelliae Prepara、oldenlandia diffusa、Chinese angelica、 selfheal、Magnolia officinalis、liquorice、fushen、gardenia、dandelion、 pericarpium citri reticulatae.Conclusion:1、The clinical experience on treatment of hyperthyroidism of Professor Wei:(1):Referring to pathogenesis, the key point was asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. The main asthenia in origin is.deficiency of Yin, The main asthenia in superficiality is Qi、blood、spittle、 fire.(2):Use the special way of thought,which was differentiation of disease-differentiate the root cause and symptoms of a disease-grasp primary symptom-differentiation of a symptoms and signs-formulate the basic prescription-addition or subtraction of changes.(3):Therapy and medicine, the main therapy nourishing Yin、lower the evil fire、dispel melancholy、tonifying qi.Professor Wei dosent stand using Chinese medicine which contains lots of iodine,such as sea-tangle and varech.
