Professor Zhao Shang Hua(1943.8-) was elected to be a instructional teacher of academic experience succeeder of No.4old experts of traditional Chinese medicine all over the country. The author is so lucky to learn from Professor Zhao for three days, so I summarized his academic ideas and clinical experience to be my postgraduate thesis. The thesis’s title is the summary of academic ideas and clinical experience of Professor and clinical study of the treatment of Hyperplastic disease of breast.Professor Zhao Shang Hua who graduated in the department of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of Beijing college of TCM was the former head of the surgery’s teaching and research section of Shanxi college of TCM. Professor and archiater、part-time vice chairman of surgery society of traditional Chinese medicine society of China、part-time vice chairman of external therapy society of traditional Chinese medicine society of China and chief editor of Journal of External Therapy of TCM. He also is executive director of Shanxi society of TCM、vice chairman of surgery branch of TCM and vice chairman of Fushan medicine research society. Professor Zhao joined the first graduation of teacher’s further studies of TCM’s surgery sponsored by Shanghai college of TCM and had a good chance to learn some advantages o famous doctors of TCM’s surgery all over the country. He joined the preparation for leadership group of Shanxi college of TCM and had been engaged himself in society from1984.Professor Zhao proposed to establish branch of national TCM’s surgery with Zhu Ren kang and became commissioner and worked in Shanxi college of TCM in1989.Professor Zhao Shang Hua ever gave lectures as a invitee by Malaysia college of TCM and made Shanxi association of TCM and society of traditional Chinese physician of Malaysia’s Johor state to develop mutual academic communication and accelerate the development of Shanxi traditional Chinese medicine. Zhao joined the meeting of new development forum of trans century (the award presentation ceremony) invited by research society of international traditional medicine in HongKong and Thailand and obtains the widespread high praise because he published the research report of computer process of diagnosis and treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans by TCM.Professor Zhao Shang Hua’s main writings include more than forty books,such as the knowledge of surgery of Chinese Medicine、the disease of breast、external treatment of surgery of Chinese Medicine、Prescription of TCM、Surgery of TCM(Press of Guang ming Daily)、Dermatology of TCM(Science Press)、Series of Centenary and Hundred Clinician of TCM·Zhang Zi Lin(Press of TCM in China)、Surgery of TCM (People’s Medical Publishing House) and so on. Professor Zhao Shang Hua really had a remarkable success in the theory、clinical work and teaching practice of surgery of TCM and accumulated valuable experience. Based on the primary knowledge, Zhao thinks the primary pathogenesis of whole surgery diseases is imbalance between Yin and Yang through the analysis、deduction and summary of primary types of diseases and symptoms of three surgery disease as external carbuncle、internal carbuncle and dermatosis, which proves that the pathogenesis of surgery diseases associate with the conception of Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine, in fact which demonstrates philosophy theory as the principle of external treatment is the one of internal principle by Wu Shi Ji.1.2summary of elimination、corrosion and strengthening of external treatment of traditional Chinese surgeryIt is well known that surgeon divided surgery diseases into three periods:initial stage(boil period、interim(abscess period)and later period and gradually summarize three principles of internal treatment such as elimination、boosting and strengthening. Although external treatment include many concrete methods and useful recipes, there is lack of theoretical route like internal treatment. Professor Zhao bravely gave three overview including hooping around the dissipation method、method of removing corruption through pus and method of growing muscle and converging wound, which in clinic coincide with disease development rule and correspond with elimination boosting and strengthening of internal treatment in treatment which is been called as three important methods of traditional Chinese surgery.It can been seen that in the content that professor Zhao Shang Hua’s states for the theoretical and practical meaning of traditional Chinese medicine "five good seven evil"、 summary for characteristics of Chinese surgery’s diagnosis and treatment and advocacy for replenishing qi to nourish yin method.2. summary of experience of diagnosis and treatment of Professor ZhaoThe thesis introduces the experiences of clinical identify treatment of sphacelus、 subacute thyroiditis、psoriasis and urinary infection belonging for the area of TCM’s surgery and gynaecological menstruation delay to indicate the medication characteristics.2.1Experience of diagnosis and treatment of subacute thyroiditisProfessor Zhao Shang Hua thinks etiological factors just include internal and external causes, and external causes is wind-damp and wind-heat and internal causes is gall、excessive seven emotions and five emotions causing fire. Main characteristiss of treatment by Professor ZhaoShangHua is grading treatment and he gasps main paradox of occurence、development、transformation and restoration and make a conclusion of four syndrome types:Syndrome of Yang Deficiency and Cold Accumulation、qi depression to blood stasis、toxic heat and blood stasis sluggish and qi-blood deficiency, so respectively develops Yang and the pulse soup to nourish Yang、 promote blood circulation、warm meridian and unblock collaterals; unclogged arteries soup by stasis to activate blood and dissolve stasis、detoxification unclogged arteries soup to relieve fire and eliminate toxins; gubu restoring decoction to improve qi and blood. this been demonstrated good clinical efficacy and patient’s admission in clinic.Professor Zhao Shang Hua takes self-designed "chaiqiaowulin powder" to treat urinary infection and emphasize the importance of right diagnosis and treatment to treat psoriasis and menstruation delay.
