Through Evil Ways In The Febrile Disease

Treatment of explling evil has been one of the most important and effective way in treating the stagnation of hot-evil syndrome in warm diseases.Among the treatments in the warm diseases,treatment of explling evil has been paid a lot of attention by ancient and modern Chinese medicine experts.However comprehensive and systematic study of such treatment has not yet to be found.In this paper,the study starts from analyzing the ancient and modern literatures, combined with the guidance of instructors,as well as my limited experience. Study the concept of treatment of explling evil and its specific application form in warm diseases preliminarily,so as to enhance the clinical efficacy in warm diseases.The main contents of the paper were as follows:1 The meaning of treatment of explling evil in warm diseases In this section,set forth the concept and meaning of explling evil treatment,and made it clear that the treatment of explling evil in warm diseases was a comprehensive summary therapy,instead of any of the eight traditional therapies in warm diseases.But the connotation of treatment of explling evil was included in the eight therapies.Treatment of explling evil could be find the relevant points in the eight therapies,and could be combined with other therapies in application.Made it clear that the nature of the therapy was leting the evils out from the surface,or from the inside,or from deep to shallow comply with activities of qi.The methods was explling the stagnation of hot-evil and regulating the functional activities of qi.2 Therapeutic indication of treatment of explling evil in warm diseases As the extensivity and specificity of the connotation,therapeutic indication of treatment of explling evil in warm diseases had a very wide range.It could be applied to evils in wei phase and stagnation of hot-evil in blood phase,and from upper-jiao damp-heat syndrome to lower-jiao hypo-activity of the middle yang.As long as the syndrome was consistent with the disease,the explling evil therapy could be used.3 Analyzed the pathogenesis in appling explling evil therapy.Pointed out that the main etiology and pathogenesis of treatment of explling evil was stagnation of hot-evil.Made it Clear that the formation,migraine,location,diagnosis and clinical manifestations of the pathogenesis of stagnation of hot-evil one by one.4 Analyzed the characteristics of administration of drugs in explling evil therapy,and made a chief analysis about some drugs of explling evil using in explling evil therapy.5 Listed the commonly used methods of explling evil in warm diseases. There were four methods:the pungent and cool herbs of explling evil by perspirating slightly,resoling dampness with aromatic,dispersing middle-jiao and patencing mo-yuan.Illustrated the commonly used drugs,the pathogenesis,as well as the therapeutic indication of treatment of explling evil.6 The focus of this article was the specific application of explling evil therapy in warm diseases.Listed the sydrome differentation of treatment of applying explling evil in warm heat disease and damp heat disease,including the specific clinical manifestations of different sydromes of four stages of the defensive,qi,nutrient and blood and heat illness,the specific choice of prescriptions and the corresponding analysis of pathogenesis.In the warm disease,in the defensive phase sydrome,explling evil therapy could be used for attack wind-heat on the lung syndrome,attack dryness-heat on the wei syndrome,warm-heat due to yin-deficieney syndrome.In the qi phase sydrome,explling evil therapy could be used for warm-heat stagnation in the lung sydrome,chest and diaphragm stagnation due to excessive heat sydrome,warm-heat stagnation in the gallbladder meridian sydrome,lung and defensive congestion due to excessive heat sydrome,large intestine stagnation sydrome,impairment of the seven orifices by dryness sydrome,warm evil attack sydrome,sydrome of both defensive and qi phases.In the nutrient phase sydrome,explling evil therapy could be used for heat stagnation in the nutrient sydrome,the evil stagnation in the pericardium sydrome, in the blood phase sydrome,explling evil therapy could be used for blood-heat producing endogenous wind sydrome,heat stagnation in the yin phase sydrome.In the damp-heat sydrome,explling evil therapy could be used for resoling dampness with aromatic and patencing mo-yuan.It played a important role in the upper-jiao,middle-jiao,lower-jiao of damp-heat syndrome.Isolated the pathology of explling evil therapy in these diseases and the characteristics of prescription.In short,explling evil therapy was a very important law,it exsited throughout the all stages and levels of development of disease.In the clinical,as long as the timely use and appropriate selection of drugs,explling evil therapy could play a important role for evil diathermic and improving the efficacy of warm diseases.
