Objectives:This paper is according to the principles of the spleen and stomach to creat tiaopi prescriptions, and observe the clinical efficacy of it which treat the child anorexia,and explore deeply the herbs and formula features of tiaopi prescriptions, The purpose is to evaluate for the clinical efficacy of tiaopi prescriptions and the improvement syndrome of the child anorexia.To seek for a safe children anorexia, efficient and economic drugs And in the research and development for the next preparation provide certain clinical evidence.Methods:1.adopt randomized controlled trial60cases of children which meet the diagnostic criteria of the child anorexia were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases), the treatment group took tiaopi deeoetion.The control group used xiao er jian pi hua ji oral liquid. the time of treatment for four week.2.Note respectively the clinical symptoms and signs of the children before and after they used the medicine. Then score and judge severity after the end of treatment.Result:(1)From clinical curative effect to compare:the treatment group was96.7%, in the control group was80.0%. the treatment group of13cases were cured,6cases, effective in8cases,1cases are invalid. The control group of4cases were cured,9cases, effective in11cases,6cases are invalid.(2) From the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect comparison:the treatment group was100%, in the control group was86.7%. The treatment group0cases were cured,19cases, effective in11cases,0cases are invalid. The control group of0cases were cured,5cases, effective in21cases,4cases are invalid. the treatment group compared with the control group statistically significant difference (P<0.05), that the overall effective rate in treatment group significantly higher.(3)Two groups both improve Children with anorexia and appetite appetite related symptoms By statistical analysis.But patients in treatment group than in the control group in appetite, food intake, body weight, pale, temperament, stool and other. The treatment group compared with the control group statistically significant difference.and they are same in body, hair, rodents(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group and control group are both effective in the treatment of infantile anorexia nervosa, But tiaopi deeoetion of the effect is more remarkable. From here we see that tiaopi deeoetion is effective prescription in the treatment of infantile anorexia,and have significant increase appetite appetite, improve the symptoms of role,Treatment is more effective than treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,embodies the advantages of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation And few side effects, low cost, At the same time also confirmed that the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anorexia in children’s role.It is worth promoting treatment options.
