The Clinical Study About The Effect Of Massage With Ointment On Curing Child Anorexia (Deficiency Of Spleen-QI And Stomach-QI Type)

Objective: The article was to observe the effect of Massage with ointment on curing child anorexia (deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI type),furthermore discuss the mechanism.Methods: 60 cases with the child anorexia (deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI type) were chosen and grouped into two groups randomly. Each group contained 30 cases. One group were treated with Massage with ointment,the other received the Domperidone suspl therapy,investigated clinical therapeutically effects, and the half time of gastric emptying.Results:The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treated group,the effective rate was 56.7 % in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The half time of gastric emptying were both decurtated in two groups (P<0.05) , but the treated group is obviously less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: These results indicated that Massage with ointment had the function of curing child anorexia (deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI type),and the stomach power being improved of the apositia child is an important mechanism of this disease.
