Clinical Research On Child Anorexia With Jian Pi Zhu Xiao Pulvis

Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect of JianPiZhuXiao pulvis to infantile anorexia,and further discusses the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia,feed and spleen deficiency and infantile anorexia method for the preliminary mechanism,clinical research infantile fastidium.Methods:clinical shall conform to the standards of infantile fastidium into the spleen deficiency syndrome,60 children randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 30 examples,which JianPiZhuXiao pulvis,oral,2～5 years daily 1/2 agent,6～14 years old,sooner or later,twice daily service points.30 cases of control group,meat powder,oral athletes 2～5 years 3 times a day,each time 10g,6～14 15g each,3 times a day.Both groups to 14 days for treatment,continuous treatment 2 treatment according to the disease after treatment,the curative effect,and improve the clinical symptoms, statistical analysis,evaluation of the effectiveness of the drug.Results:clinical observation results from the spleen,help dissipate after improved obviously,appetite,weight increased significantly,clinical symptoms related nausea and vomiting,fatigue,sweat,and not stool attune such improvement or disappear,fully confirmed its clinical symptoms improved have better effect,disease curative effect and the effect of TCM syndrome than in control group(P＜0.05),and the total effective rate in treatment group 96.67%curative effect for disease control,73.33%.During the treatment group than in control group,the curative effect meat particles can better help dissipate spleen deficiency used to treat infantile fastidium spleen syndrome.Conclusion:spleen deficiency is the main pathogenesis,infantile anorexia spleen yiqi,feed and stomach is its important therapies for help dissipate spleen and stomach deficiency of infantile fastidium treatment of an effective agent.Based on the theory and clinical research,has carried on the beneficial exploration,enrich the content of TCM therapy infantile fastidium of infantile fastidium control to provide more thinking.Clinical studies show that spleen help dissipate treatment infantile fastidium curative effect is distinct,non-toxic side effects,safe and reliable.
