Objective: Center medical staff is a particular type of occupational groups in thevarious occupational groups, as a community health work of front-line staff, inaddition to provide basic medical services, but also assume a set of community-basedprevention, care, rehabilitation, health education and family planning and technicalguidance to a total of six in one form of health records to build a community healthservice network system. Day-to-day work intensity, working time with a stronginstability, the heavy task of great responsibility, especially professional tension.According to incomplete statistics, the center’s medical staff varying degrees ofsuffering caused by occupational stress and insomnia, anxiety and other symptoms.The past three years, the turnover rate of the center is showing an increasing trend,studies have shown that a long time in the Community Health Workers chronic workstress were prone to burnout, stress, role conflict and the phenomenon of lowsatisfaction, relative to the physical and mental health status also deeply affected.Excessive occupational tension will lead to fatigue, anxiety, depression, decreasedability to work, or even burnout, death from overwork and disease. This study tabletest to evaluate occupational stress position of the center of health care workers, toexplore the tension of the main factors affecting the medical staff of the CommunityService Center, and then put forward countermeasures to control the degree ofoccupational stress.Results: Studies have shown that the internal consistency of the two scales canachieve better results on, through the JCQ and TABP two questionnaires usingCronbach’s α coefficient Cronbach testing. The results showed that30to45age groupmedical personnel occupational stress is higher than46degrees above the age ofmedical personnel (P <0.05), mainly reflected in this age of medical personnel in theunit is the backbone of business undertaken workload, while at home, as the pillar ofthe family bear the burden of the family, the face of this double pressure naturallymakes this part of the medical staff a high degree of occupational stress.
