| ObjectiveWith the fast development of our country economy,the average Life expectancy extendedcontinuously and population ageing society will be furthered.The occurrence of senile femoralfractures between rotor will be more and more.More elderly people with osteoporosis, and boneloss with femoral fracture between the rotor can be reciprocal causation, so bone loss in elderlypatients with femoral bone between the rotor significance is more important.The purpose of thissubject is:To compare the DHS and PFNA treatment for intertrochanteric fracture between localbone loss.MethodsCollection of the intertrochanteric fracture patients admitted PFNA or DHS fixation in shanximedical university first affiliated hospital during January2012to July2012,preparation byscreening,selected patients into PFNA group and DHS group,According to Evans-Jensenclassification standard of femoral intertrochanteric fracture:type I17cases,type Ⅱ14cases,type Ⅲ11cases,type Ⅳ8cases,type Ⅴ2cases and23cases treated with DHS(group A), PFNA treatment29cases (group B).everyone give the standard anti osteoporosistreatment drugs.Measured the suffer from side postoperative3days and6months bone mineraldensity value, calculated the change of bone mineral density value, carried on the statisticalanalysis.Discuss DHS and PFNA treatment for the intertrochanteric fracture patients betweenlocal bone loss problem.ResultsIncluded in the52cases were all follow-up,23cases treated with DHS and PFNA treatmentof29cases,follow-up time was6months-14months, an average of8.5months,for failing toadhere to the drug resistance of osteoporosis treatment,5people were out,DHS group of2people, PFNA group of three people.Without internal fixation broken and loose, hip jointfunction recovered well, referring to the Harris hip score standards, excellent:47people, better:four people, fair:1person, claim:0.For all selected patients were carried out on the changingbone mineral density of statistics between groups,All data through spss16.0software analysis (ttest).This may be related to the following points:the First, DHS is operated in the traditional wayof drilling and it inevitable loss of the bone from bone tunnel compared with the operation of PFNA..The second,Thanks to the accurate positioning device,PFNA can be implanted in theclosed way,and has small surgical trauma,do small damage to local blood supply, compared withDHS.
