Clinical Research On The Efficacy Of Xu Ji Reinforcing-reducing Manipulation Of Acupuncture Of Lumbar Jiaji Points For The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xu Ji reinforcing-reducingmanipulation for the treatment of Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion andcarries on the clinical summary.Hope that through this study can make thetraditional technique of better clinical application, and how the clinical use toprovide some data to support the reinforcing-reducing technique; and furtherexplore the potential advantages of acupuncture in the treatment of diseases,and provides a thought for the treatment of traditional reinforcing reducingmethod application in other clinical diseases.Method:During2012.6～2013.1,60patients with lumbar into standard discherniation were randomly divided into the slow and fast reinforcing-reducingtreatment group and routine acupuncture group. Each group of30cases, twowere with lumbar Jiaji points3～5, Huantiao, Weizhong acupoint point,dialectical acupoints. On principle of treatment for guidance in the syndromedifferentiation, the empirical type lumbar disc herniation, Xu diseasereinforcing-reducing treatment group with Xu disease reducing method ofacupuncture of lumbar Jiaji; for the deficiency of lumbar disc herniation, Xudisease reinforcing-reducing treatment group with Xu disease "Acupuncture of lumbar Jiaji; routine acupuncture group. With the conventional acupuncture,reinforcing-reducing; each treatment30min, Xu disease reinforcing-reducingtreatment group, once every10min. Treatment of1days at a time,6times fora course of treatment, the period of a day of rest, a total of3courses oftreatment. During the period of the symptoms, signs and pain to improve thesituation, after the end of treatment, the curative effect, the pain visualanalogue score, lumbar disease comprehensive evaluation, TCM syndromescore、safety evaluation and patient adherence to treatment effect evaluation.Result:The clinical research proves, two groups of patients after the treatment oflumbar disc herniation, symptoms and signs were improved, the degree of painwas relieved.1、Comparison of the clinical efficacy.: reinforcing-reducing treatmentgroup of30cases,9cases were cured, effective in10cases, effective10cases,invalid1cases, the cure rate was30%, the total effective rate was96.67%; theconventional acupuncture control group of30cases,5cases were cured,effective in9cases, effective11cases, invalid5cases, the cure rate was16.67%, the total effective rate was83.33%. Through statistical analysis, Xudisease reinforcing-reducing treatment group and routine acupuncture group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, that Xu diseasereinforcing-reducing treatment group and routine acupuncture compared withthe control group, the clinical curative effect of partial optimization.2、The visual analog score comparison: before treatment between the twogroups in pain visual analog scale through statistical analysis, P>0.05, nosignificant difference in two groups before treatment, visual analogue scalecomparable; Xu disease after treatment, the treatment group and theconventional acupuncture reinforcing-reducing compared to the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that Xu disease reinforcing-reducing treatment group and routine acupuncture compared withthe control group, improve the effect of partial and pain.3、 Comparison of comprehensive score of lumbar disease beforetreatment between the two groups: lumbar disease comprehensive score afterstatistical analysis,P>0.05,no significant difference in two groups beforetreatment, subjective symptoms and signs to average degree, comparable; aftertreatment, Xu disease reinforcing-reducing treatment group and routineacupuncture group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant, thatXu disease reinforcing-reducing treatment group and routine acupuncturecompared with the control group, improvement of disc herniation patientssubjective symptoms and signs of lumbar significant effect.4、TCM syndrome score: before treatment between the two groups bystatistical analysis of TCM syndrome score,P>0.05,no significant difference intwo groups before treatment, subjective symptoms and signs to average degree,comparable; Xu disease after treatment, the treatment group and theconventional acupuncture reinforcing-reducing compared to the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that Xu diseasereinforcing-reducing treatment group and routine acupuncture compared withthe control group, improve the disc herniation syndrome in patients withsymptoms of lumbar significant effect.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect is exact,Xu disease reinforcing-reducing manipulation treatment effect is better thanthat of routine acupuncture, combined with the characteristics of clinical effectof traditional methods obviously, safe, is worth popularizing.
