The nurse’s core competency level was connected with the work life. The core competency level of registered nurses working for short time is low.At the same time, the core competency level of registered nurses working for slong-term is high. The core competency level of registered nurses working for1~10year is lowest (151.64±28.58); The registered nurses who are11~20years of working experience, the core competency level of is more higher(165.16±23.59) than the younkers’; The Highest core competency level isbelong to the registered nurses who have more than21years workingexperience (172.79±25.25). P<0.05.4. The competence score of registered nurses with different job title isdifferent. The core competency score of junior nurse’s group is146.49±30.67,which is the lowest group, the core competency score of Nurse practitioneris157.12±25.75, the core competency score of Nurse-in-charge is165.59±23.74.
