Objective: Stilbene glycoside (TSG) the intervention of the stressresponse in diabetic nephropathy and oxidation through animal studies toexplore new theoretical and experimental basis for the prevention andtreatment of diabetic nephropathy (diabetic nephropathy, DN).Methods: The establishment of early DN rat model, the rats weredivided into control group, model group and treatment group.Colorimetric determination of superoxide dismutase (superoxidedismutase, SOD), malondialdehyde observed TSG before and after theintervention of the rats body weight, urine output, urine albumin, andkidney in the body changes, histological morphology changes; aldehyde(Malondialdehyde, MDA) activity; stained by immunohistochemistry,Western blot analysis of glomerular inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)protein expression, and ONOO-specific markers nitrotyrosine(nitrotyrosine NT) activity changes.Results: TSG group of rats with the model group compared to theweight, urine output was no significant change in kidney tissuemorphology changed significantly; TSG group with the model groupcompared to iNOS, MDA, NT activity was significantly lower (P <0.05),SOD content up(P <0.05).Conclusion: Polygonum multiflorum extract of stilbene glucoside(TSG) can significantly reduce promote the oxidation factor malondialdehyde (MDA), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)and peroxynitrite nitro anion (ONOO-) markers nitro tyrosineacid (NT)expression; Increase the anti-oxidant content of superoxide dismutase(SOD), and improve the ability of early diabetic nephropathy rats againstoxidative stress.
