Objective: To explore the relationship between ApoEpolymorphism and cerebral infarction.Methods:This study was to select200cases of Hospitalizedpatients with cerebral infarction in Second Clinical MedicalCollege neurology of Jilin University in2010December to2012October,Male121cases, female79cases.The selected patientswere diagnosed as cerebral infarction by head CT or MRI. Using DNA ExtractionKit extract DNA from white blood cells. Using PCR analysis theDNA. The digested products bypolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Cerebral infarction groupof each genotype and allele frequency for: ε2/20.5%、ε2/36%、ε2/47%、ε3/368%、ε3/411%、ε4/47.5%、ε27%、ε376.5%、ε416.5%;The control group of each genotype and allelefrequency for: ε2/22%、ε2/37%、ε2/43%、ε3/379%、ε3/45%、ε4/44%ε27%、ε385%、ε48%. theε3/3genotype is thehighest frequency in the Two groups, And the control group wassignificantly higher than that of the cerebral infarction group(P<0.05);Theε3allele frequency is the highest, And cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05);the ε4/4andε3/4genotype frequencyis lower than ε3/3genotype in the Cerebral infarction group,And higher than that of the control group,but P>0.05. Thefrequency ofε2/3genotype in cerebral infarction group waslower than the control group, but P>0.05. The frequency of ε2/4genotype in cerebral infarction group and The frequency ofε2allele frequency in Cerebral infarction group were lowerthan the control group, but P>0.05.Conclusion:1. The ε3/3genotype andε3allele may haveprotective effect on cerebral infarction.2. The ε4allelemight be a risk factor for cerebral infarction.
