The Clinical Study On Righting Dampness Combined LEEP Surgery To Spleen Wet Yun Type CIN â…¡ Merger HR-HPV Infection

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Righting dampness combined LEEP surgery to Spleen wet Yun type CINâ…¡ combined with high-risk HPV infection in patients with. Observing the wound healing and duration one month after the LEEP surgery, as well as observing postoperative recurrence rate of HR-HPV negative rate three month later and postoperative recurrence rate of CIN after six month.Meaning:Epidemiology and molecular biology data have demonstrated sustained HPV infection is a major cause of cervical cancer and CIN[1], in which the high-risk HPV infection is a major risk factor for cervical cancer.More than90%of cervical cancer patients with high risk of infection.Prevention focus is the timely detection and aggressive treatment of CIN prevention and elimination of HPV infection. The vaccine is only for a few crowd. It is too expensive to use it in China. So, in this regard can give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine.Methods:Select treatment in our hospital gynecology clinic confirmed Spleen wet Yun type CIN â…¡ combined total of60cases of patients with high-risk HPV, according to the random number table is divided into30cases of the treatment group and a control group of30patients. To observed the wound healing and duration one month after the two groups LEEP surgery,as well as postoperative recurrence rate of HR-HPV negative rate three month later and postoperative recurrence rate of CIN after six month.Results:Selected patients with a total of60cases.Before the treatment, there is no significant differences in disease classification. Symptom scores of the treatment group compared with the control group improved after treatment, a significant difference (P<0.05).The wound healing of the treatment group is equal to the control group after treatment, the difference was not significant (P<0.05). After treatment, CIN recurrence rate of the treatment group equal to the control group, the difference was not significant. The rate of HR-HPV seroconversion in treatment group was higher than the control group, a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Righting dampness combined LEEP surgery can effectively improve the Spleen wet Yun type CIN â…¡ merger HR-HPV infection TCM symptoms and signs.2.Righting dampness combined LEEP surgery can rise the rate of HR-HPV seroconversion in spleen wet Yun-CIN II merger HR-HPV infection.3. There was no difference of the postoperative wound healing and CIN recurrence rate between two groups.
