Objective: To investigate the clinical value of postoperative Chinese medicine in preventing and treating recurrence and progression of HSIL by observing the effects of the Jian spleen solid belt soup plus and minus formula on the HR-HPV conversion rate,TCM evidence score, overall efficacy, and wound healing ability in patients with HSIL combined with HR-HPV infection in the spleen deficiency type after LEEP.Methods: Patients with HSIL attending the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of Gynecology,Lu’an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Anhui Province,China, from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were used as the study population and were divided into two groups according to the randomization method, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated orally after LEEP with the formula principle of benefiting qi,strengthening the spleen, and dipping dampness to stop the belt, and the control group was only followed up after LEEP.The TCM evidence points of the two groups were counted before the operation, and the healing status of the wounds was observed one month after the operation, the TCM evidence points were evaluated after three months, and the overall clinical efficacy was assessed six months after the operation. The results were analysed with the help of SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age, pregnancy, delivery,TCM syndrome score, duration of surgery and intraoperative bleeding before treatment(P>0.05),and the data were comparable.(2)Conversion rate of HR-HPV: 87.5%(28/32)in the treatment group and 62.5%(20/32)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of postoperative cytology: the cytological results of both groups were not abnormal after surgery, and the difference was not statistically significant.(4)Clinical symptom scores after treatment: The difference between the treatment groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)in terms of wound healing and post-operative bleeding/drainage,and the treatment group was better than the blank control group in terms of the oral administration of Jianshuanguzhi Tang plus and minus formula.(5)The intra-group comparison between the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);when comparing the treatment group with the control group, the improvement of the Chinese medicine symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the latter group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05)(6)Efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate was 84.375% and 43.75% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(7)Safety analysis: No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of taking the medicine, and there were no significant abnormalities in blood routine and liver and kidney functions. Conclusion: Oral treatment with the formula Jian spleen solid belt soup with reduction is safe and effective in improving the Chinese medical symptoms of patients and preventing persistent HR-HPV infection after LEEP in patients with HSIL combined with HR-HPV infection, and this formula can promote postoperative wound healing. This formula is safe and effective in preventing and treating persistent postoperative HR-HPV infection.
