[Objective]:This topic through collects relevant clinical research literature of TCM treatment on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)nearly20years, to explore the identification according to TCM, therapy and drag laws of PCOS by statistic analysis.[Methods]:Collect the literature of TCM treatment on PCOS published in biomedicine periodical1989.01to2012.12.According to establish a database by analyzing the chinese medicine treatment of the TCM syndrome types with statistical methods, to investigate the main syndrome types and the medication rule of TCM in treating of PCOS, then to analyze the high frequency of chinese medicine use in each of the TCM syndrome。[Results]:Get in total with the standard with58references, altogether receives2378cases, using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)97, is divided into16categories, cumulative frequency up to26496times. Dialectical classification of main syndrome type of kidney deficiency (43.60%), phlegm dampness blockage syndrome (27.33%), with Liver meridian muggy syndrome (16.32%), qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome (8.45%), other certificate type (4.29%). Treatment in drug use frequency is greater than5%of the drugs, in turn, to tonify deficiency (43.91%), promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs (12.81%) and qi-regulation drugs (10.18%) of the heat-clearing drugs (7.98%), phlegm cough and asthma (6.27%).[Conclusion]:1.
