Research On Syndrome Differentiation And Medicine Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medcine Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome In View Of Literatures Of Modern Medicine

【Objective】 The characteristics of TCM syndrome and the law of clinical medication of PCOS are summed up to provide the basis for the clinical system treatment of PCOS.【Methods】 Collect the literatures of TCM treatment on PCOS published in biomedicine periodical 1997.01 to 2017.12,the literatures was searched from the Chengdu University of TCM library CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang,and foreign medical information resources.Satistics and analysis of TCM syndromes and traditional Chinese medicine were made for all eligible documents,and database was established.We screened the literatures of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility,ovulation disorder,insulin resistance and hyperinsulinism,and Kaohsiung’s steroid.The law of four kinds of metabolic disorders was analyzed,and the high frequency drugs used in the first 6 syndromes were analyzed.Finally,the SPSS22.0 software was used for cluster analysis.【Results】 1.Get in total with the standard with 1387 references,inculd 553 literature of traditional Chinese medicine and 834 literature of combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,altogether receives 109757 cases.2.of the 1387 articles,using traditional Chinese medicine 265,is divided into 19 categories cumulative frequency up to 21712 times,a total of 34 TCM Syndromes.There are 295 articles in the 1387 literature involving the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility,197 kinds of medicines were involved,and the frequency of drug use was 6231 times.123 PCOS articles were related to ovulatory disorders,involving 126 drugs and 1599 times of drug use.There were 83 cases of hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance,involving 136 medicines and 1208 times of drug use.43 articles were related to Kaohsiung’s steroids,including 111 drugs and 589 times of drug use.3.In the total frequency of drug use,the supplement of deficiency drugs accounted for 47.55%,the drugs for activating blood and removing stasis accounted for 15.86%,26 of the high frequency drugs were temperature drugs,accounting for 55.32%,the sweetness of the drug is 27,accounting for 33.75% of the total drug taste,22 flavors of bitter drugs,accounting for 27.50%,20 flavors of bitter drugs,accounting for 25%.4.through cluster analysis,we get 5 clustering basic parties: Cluster 1 prescription: Radix rehmanniae,Eucommia ulmoides,pilose antler,Caulis Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,Herba Polygoni Multiflori,Fructus Corni,raspberry,epimedium,Morinda officinalis,dipstick and curd.Cluster 2 prescription: Ligustrum,Eclipta,Alisma,radix rehmanniae,radix,mistletoe,medlar.Cluster 3 prescription: Dodder,Poria,licorice,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Codonopsis,yam,peach.Cluster 4 prescription: Fructus aurantii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,radix paeoniae rubra,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Bupleuri,Cortex Moutan,motherwort.Cluster 5 prescription: Tangerine peel,Atractylodes rhizome,gall bladder,Eupatorium,psoralen,Ligusticum chuanxiong,safflower,Acorus calamus,angelica,Pinellia ternata,Gleditsia sinensis,astragalus,purple quartz and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.【Conclusion】(1)Kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis were the basic pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome.(2)There were34 syndromes of TCM syndrome in PCOS,the most common syndrome of the disease type syndrome was the kidney,the second was the liver and the spleen.In the disease syndrome,the first three were deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis.(3)The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome was mainly based on reinforcing the deficiency and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.The nature of herb use is temperate,symplectic and Gan.(4)According to the clinical professional knowledge and drug property theory,5 groups were obtained,which were used for the treatment of PCOS syndrome: kidney deficiency syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency type,spleen kidney two deficiency,phlegm dampness block type,liver stagnation and blood stasis,stagnation of liver qi,stagnation of liver,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis and blood stasis type,kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness and blood stasis,spleen and kidney two deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis type.
