Clinical Study On The Tonifying The Kidney And Strengthening The Spleen To Treat Nephrotic Syndrome With Hypercoagulable State

Objective:To observe the effect of Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen on the hypercoagulable state of primary nephrotic syndrome with TCM type of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and to explore its effect on the 24HUPQ、ALB、TG、TC、LDL、DD、FIB、FDP、APTT、PT,and the integral of TCM syndrome,to investigate Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen\s effectiveness and superiority,to provide a new thinking for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state.Methods:64 Cases were outpatients and inpatients from the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2016 to February 2017.According to random number table method divided into the experimental group(n=32),and the control group(n=32).Two groups were with general treatment.The experimental group used Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen prescription for extra treatment.Two groups treated for 2 months,and then observe the changes of 24HUPQ、ALB、TG、TC、LDL、DD、FIB、FDP、APTT、PT and the integral of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,and analysising related statistical analysis.Results:(1)Before the treatment,two groups of patients have no statistically significant in the gender,age,syndrome score,and the correlation between the laboratory indicators(P>0.05),comparable.(2)After treatments,two groups of patients,s ALB were increased,and 24HUPQ were decreased,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group has better effect than the control group,especially in the effect of ALB,was remarkable better than the control group(P<0.01).(3)After treatments,the serum lipids(TC、TG、LDL)of the two groups were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group has better effect than the control group,especially in the effect of TC and TG,were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).(4)After treatments,two groups of DD、FIB were decreased,both two groups’s DD and FIB had significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group’s DD decreased significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),two groups’s FDP were decreased but have no statistically significant(P>0.05)(5)After treatments,both groups of APTT,PT increased,the control group have statistically significant(P<0.05),but the experimental group have no statistically significant(P>0.05)(6)After treatments,two groups’s TCM syndrome scores were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the experimental group have remarkable statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01)Conclusion:(1)The clinical effect of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen on spleen kidney yang deficiency type of primary nephrotic syndrome with hypercoagulable state is better than that of simply use Western medicine only.(2)Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen,can effectively improve the patients with edema,chills,pain diarrhea and other symptoms,and not found obvious side effects,can effectively reduce urinary protein,increase serum albumin level,and improve lipid metabolism in PNS patients,and to promote the fibrinogenolysis and may play a role in promoting fibrin dissolution,repairing endothelial cells and reducing fibrinogen production...
