The Clinical Research Of Lianqiao-Bazheng Decoction On The Iga Nephropathy(Damp-Heat In Lower-Jiao)

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Lianqiao-Bazheng decoction on patient with IgAN caused by Damp-heat in Lower-JIAO.And to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods: Self-compared trial and randomized control was conducted,60patients with IgAN(Damp-heat in Lower-JIAO) were enrolled and divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group(n=20) randomly. The control group using conventional treatment to western medicine anticoagulation, anti-infection, ARB, hormone, etc. The treatment group in the control group share based on traditional Chinese medicine Lianqiao-Bazheng decoction.The therapeutic course for both groups is three month. Observe two groups before and after treatment, routine urine and kidney function urinary red blood cells (RBC) counting,24h urine protein quantitative and other relevant laboratory observation index and the change of the clinical symptoms.At last observe the therapeutic effect.Results:1、The treatment group and control group total effectiveness is, there is a significant difference statistically significant (P<0.01)2、Syndromes curative effect more, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01), the treatment group than in control group3、The two groups after treating all can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce symptoms integral, the treatment group to the improvement of clinical symptoms and integral drop than in control group (P<degree0.01).4、24h urine protein quantitative index improve: two groups within24h urine protein for quantitative decreased, two groups of decline is statistically significant extent significance (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than control came protein level.5、The two groups after treating all can improve the change of urine RBC count, the treatment group on urinary RBC count the improvement of the index is significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).6、BUN, Scr i ndex improvement: treament group was at the end of the perioel of treatment a slight improvement kidney function, and the control group deelinod siightly, and the comparison between groups before treatment, and comparative differences are not significant (P>0.O5).Conelusion:Through the function of Clearing heat and promoting diuresis Lianqiao-Bazhong decoction can improve clinical symptom effectively and have no or just a little side effect.
