Summary the curative effect of the kidney and strengthening the spleen and removing blood stasis traditional Chinese medicine. Finaly, statistic and observe the research data to comparase the difference of the two groups.Methods: adopt questionnaire method to collection ACA positive RSA clinical data of60cases of patients with clinical time, according to randomly to divided into the treatment group and control group, and one goup cantains30cases. Giving them a continuous take by the Bu Shen Jian Pi Hua Yu soup and aspirin pill respectively two months, and take a. record each month. After treatment, fill in the table of each observation period change of symptoms and signs; SPSSJ7.0statistical data processing applications for Windows version, using t-test, x2inspection and related analysis.Results:(1) The two groups of ACA turning into negative comparison: the treatment group27cases, and the control group16ones. The treatment group have the advantage than the control. (2)The two groups of comprenhensioneffect comparison:treatment group effective rate was80%, and control group effective rate was53%. The treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).(3)Two groups of their own before and after treatment compared TCM symptoms:treatment group P=0.002, show statistical significance, control group P=0.069, no statistical significance(P>0.05).(4)The comparison of the menstruation change in the two groups treatment group improved21ones, and control group imprved4ones. The treatment group had the advantage than control group (P<0.05).(5)The conception number of the two groups comparison:treatment had7people conception, thus control had4ones.So we can speculate treatment group had the advantage than control group.Conclusion:the Treatment Of The kidney and strengthening the spleen and removing blood stasis For ACA Positive RSA is a markedly effective method, and Bu Shen Jian Pi Hua Yu soup For ACA Positive RSA is markedly effective drug.By this treatment,we can effective party relieve or eliminate patients with symptoms, turn ACA negative, and reduct symptoms fraction. In statistics, there exist significant difference between the two groups. Compare with the control group, the total effective rate, via examining, the treatment outcome data of treatment group seems more excellent.
