| ObjectiveThe research is to approach the expression level of Ang-1,Ang -2 and Tie-2 receptor in the hemangioma and vascular malformation tissuses and to aim at explore the effects of Ang-1,Ang-2,and Tie-2 receptor on the angiogenesis in the hemangioma , to provid the new theory strategy for healing hemangioma.MethodsBy Semiquantinative Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction ,detects the expression level of Ang-1mRNA,Ang–2mRNA and Tie-2 mRNA in 17 specimens of proliferating hemangioma,13 specimens of involuting hemangioma and 10 specimens of vascular malformation ,and detects the expression level of Ki-67 protein by immunohistochemica method for distinguishing proliferating hemangiomas and involuting hemangiomas.ResultsThe expression of Ang-2mRNA and Tie-2mRNA in proliferation hemangiomas was significantly higher than that in involuting hemangiomas(P<0.01);The expression of Ang-2 in involuting hemangiomas was higher than that in vascular malformation(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the involuting hemangiomas and vascular malformation in the expression of Tie-2mRNA(P>0.05). The expression of Ang-1mRNA in hemangioma and vascular malformation was negative.The expression of Ang-2mRNA and Tie-2mRNA in hemangiomas was both correlated with the expression of Ki-67 protein(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe unbalance of Ang / Tie-2 system was probably important for the pathogenesis and development in hemangiomas.
