The Clinical Study Of Shuangshen Decoction In Treating And Regulating The Immunocompromised State Of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome And Its Intervention On Long-term Recurrence

Objective:To observe the Shuangshen Decoction which can warm yang and strengthen spleen, tonify kidney and supplement essence in treating and regulating sustained immunocompromised state of pediatric nephrotic syndrome in remission stage and its impact on relapse,and try to figure out the mechanism and broaden our thought and means in reducing infection and preventing recurrence while treating pediatric nephrotic syndrome.Methods:Explore the relationship between spleen-kidney yang deficiency and the persistent low immunity of pediatric nephritic syndrome, on the basis of summarizing the ancient doctors’understanding of it,referring the modern times’ literature research and integrating my tutor’s clinical experience. Using strengthening spleen and wenyang,tonifying kidney and essence as the treatment principle, we let the patient take the Shuangshen Tang Decoction to treat the status of low immunity,and observe the condition of nephropathy infection and recurrence for one year, in order to explore a new method for the clinical preventing of pediatric nephritic syndrome recurrence.According to the standard diagnosis,60qualified patients was divided into treatment group(30cases) and positive control group (30cases)randomly. Besides that the lower dosage Predisone applied in both group, the treatment group was treated with Shuangshen Decoction while the positive control group was taken Pidotimod. The effect evaluation of TCM symptoms and humoral immunity would be done after the8total curative course, and the long-term effect evaluation could be finished in1year by the follow-up observation of infection and recurrence.Results:1. There’s significant difference in each group for the improvement of TCM symptoms after the treatment (p<0.05). For the comparision of intergroup, the improvement of treatment group is superior to the positive control group except for the complexion (p<0.05).2. The cure rate of treatment group is93.3%, with83.3%of the positive control group(p<0.05). the compartment between of the two groups has the statistic meaning (p<0.05).3. For the comparision of the maker of humoral immunity, IgG has a obvious increase in each group (p<0.05). Mean while, the IgA, igM don’t show a typical increase after the treatment in both group(P>0.05). the compartment between of the two groups has the no meaning (p>0.05).4. the infection and recurrence rate of traetment group is much lower than that with positive control group within1year (p<0.05).Conclusions:Shuangshen Decoction can significantly reduce the infection and prevent the recurrence by treating and regulating the immunocompromised state of pediatric nephrotic syndrome in remission stage,which deserves attention and further study.
