To evaluate the effect of WYPBD in the treatment of PNSDSK, 60 patients with NSDSK were randomly devided into (1) testing group with JiShen Soup(JSS), 30 cases; (2)control group with Prednisone, 30 cases. Results: 1 .WYPBD could improve renal function, decrease blood-lipid[TG.. TC LDL-C LP( a )j .. urinary protein and increase plasma albumin. 2.WYPBD could remarkably descend the indexes level of blood rheology such as By., PV.. fib.. PCV. 3.WYPBD could remarkably improve the indexes level of IgG. 4.WYPBD could alleviate the clinical manifestations such as edema.., anorexia., loose stool.. lassitude and intolerance of cold. WYPBD had the superiority of great significant curative effect, and fewer side effects to the patients with PNSDSK.
