Investigation Of The System Of Electronic Medical Record Management In Hospital

The combination of information science and medical science is an important sym bol that the traditional medicine is gradually getting into the modern medicine. It has become more and more difficult for the traditional medical treatment to adapt to the n eed of people’s health at this time. It is high time to build a new patient-centered medi cal service system which considers patients as the center so that we can change the tra ditional mode of medical service and overcome a series of problems in the traditional mode of medical service as well as provide patients with safe, effective, timely, econo mic and equal medical service. It has become a focus of global problems. Establishing this new system means that the hospital should take the patient as the individual one t o face the whole period of occurrence and development of the disease and to catch, st ore and apply in related information of patients. In that case, we can realize the sharin g and integration of information of patients. The Electronic Medical Record is just the carrier of important information. Therefore,speeding up the development of medical information construction in China, especially for the research and application of Elect ronic Medical Records, is of great significance for our medical health development.This paper, firstly, will expound the current situation of domestic and foreign ele ctronic medical records’research and application, and then explain the application of e lectronic medical record system in Xiaoshan No.1people’s Hospital where the author works through theoretical research and empirical analysis, so as to further improve an d perfect the electronic medical record system in an actual clinical application. This n ew electronic medical record system applied in the hospital will promote medical resource sharingimprove medical efficiency and upgrade the existing mode of informa tion deficiency by combining other information systems module.
