An index layer weights descending order of the personnel management system, process management system, software management system, and hardware management system, the weights for0.5297,0.2770,0.1261,0.0670.4.The evaluation results show that each sample score better reflects the actual situation in various samples. Reliability and validity of indicators system, which overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of0.7722, indicators of good reliability, content validity score of7.25points is more desirable.Conclusion1.A retail pharmacy to undertake medical institutions pharmacy services function evaluation system including the system of hardware facilities, and personnel management systems, software management system, the four aspects of the process management system, a system, a comprehensive measure of the pharmacy business level of service evaluation system. 2.Delphi expert consultation on evaluation and screening, the results more reliable.3.using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight to ensure a scientific, accurate and rationality of calculation results.4.The index system has good reliability and validity, with the basic conditions used in practice. |
