The Analysis Of GSP’s Implementation In Changchun Retail Pharmacies

Research Purpose After 48 retail drugstores’ investigation,in 5 districts in Changchun,about the GSP certification implementation,the paper will analyze the effect of GSP certification and find out its shortcomings,then put forward some reasonable suggestions for the outstanding problem existing in the drugstores’ quality management,in order to further guide drugstores’ management according to the standard of GSP,improve the quality management,and ensure the safety of people using drugs.Research methods The main methods in this paper are literature research method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method and so on.At the same time,with the method of searching domestic and foreign periodicals and GSP related professional textbooks and monographs on CNKI,Wanfang Database and some other platforms,we did a sampling survey in Changchun retail drugstores,comparing GSP terms in a new version to the terms in an old version,using Excel to analyze the obtained data,and finally put forward the existing problem and reasonable suggestions in the GSP certification of Changchun retail drugstores.Research Results1.Basic Information of Retail Drugstores In these 48 sample drugstores,the largest one is over 150 square meters,and the smallest one is about 50 square meters.There are 36 drugstores supporting paying with medical insurance cards.2.Drugs’ Storage and DisplayBasically,these 48 sample drugstores are well-equipped,but still have some defects.All drugstores installed air conditioners and the shelves in them are in good condition.47 stores are equipped with computer,warning drug validity period.45 stores are equipped with cool cabinet.Only 5 stores are equipped with temperature monitor,existing a big risk of drugs’ storage.3.Licensed Pharmacist and other Staffs In these 48 drugstores,35 stores have licensed Pharmacist,indicating that the number of licensed pharmacists is still unsatisfied.Only 15 drugstores’ training time equals or exceeds12,averagely in one year.The number of licensed pharmacist in a drug and the training of employed person both cannot reach the standard.4.Drugstores’ Quality Management The content of quality management system,formulated by retail drugstores,is not uniform.The records of each link are not perfect.And the records of drug acceptance and substandard drugs are not perfect,either.5.Drug Purchase and Drug Acceptance Due to the effect of transportation,storage and other links on the quality of drugs,the quality assurance of purchasing drugs is difficult.In the process of investigation,it was found that the number of substandard drugs accounts for a large proportion of the total drugs,when the purchasing drugs are accepted.6.Prescription Drugs Management and Sales These 48 sample drugstores have made a clear division of prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs.Retail drugstores have gradually developed diversified business models to adapt to market competition and improving market share.But there are still many difficulties in the investigation of prescription drug sales management in retail drugstores.7.Drugs Electronic Supervision These 48 sample drugstores have carried out electronic supervision in varying degrees,but all of them have not carried out uploading data of drugs acceptance and sales to National Electronic Drug Regulatory System.It is still difficult to implement electronic regulatory policies in retail drugstores.Conclusion Since the implementation of GSP certification management in retail drugstores in Changchun,it has formed a system gradually and is further developing.After studying current version of GSP,we found that different retail drugstores have different attitude to GSP and its implementation.There are still some terms of GSP,such as licensed pharmacists’ introduction,personnel training and assessment,the implementation of dug electronic supervision policy,dismantling drug sales,prescription drug sales and etc.,which are difficult for drugstores to implement thoroughly and get its certification.For the above terms,we still need to summarize constantly and find out the existing problems,then deal with or improve them through effective suggestions or means.
