| Objective:Study the clinical curative effect of three-character-scripture pediatric massage therapy infantile diarrhea (damp-heat),and explore it discuss the security.Methods:In this study,60children with Damp-heat diarrhea were observed. They were randomly divided into two groups, all30cases. The treatment of30cases. The treatment of three-character-scripture pediatric massage were used in treated group. Correspondently, oral Montmorillonite Powder scattered therapy were used in contrast group for three days as a period. Record the number of before treatment and after treatment at lday,2days,3days, the change of symptoms, the relevant clinical materials were collected during treatment, and curative effect were evaluated after treating for a period. Of the total score before and after treatment to groups, groups comparison, there is a comprehensive evaluation of the over all efficiency of the accurately the course of clinical trials of any symptoms of adverse events.Results:The significant level were observed in total effectiveness of the treated group and control group were90.00%and83.33%, respectively. Compared the symptoms, signs, curative effect defecate number and properties, curative effect of heat and diarrhea off time of two groups also shows significant difference(P<0.05). However, it shows no significant difference (P>0.05) in vomit, urinate quantity, abdominal pain, spirit, anus redness between the two groups. In time of diarrhea, between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:School of three-character-scripture pediatric massage shows is effective and safe for treatment of infantile diarrhea (damp-heat). It is able to treat the symptoms of infantile diarrhea (damp-heat).The effect of treatment were more efficiently in treated group. Meanwhile the characteristic of disease of governance in TCM pediatric clinical practice also shows it has important clinical applications and promotional value. |
