Objective:To observe and explore the relationship of tongue chromaticity between lung cancer patients, non-lung cancer patients with weakened fluorescence and healthy people under the observation of fluorescence bronchoscope.Method:Select60cases showing weakened fluorescence under the observation of fluorescence bronchoscopy, and according to the pathology, divide them into two groups:lung cancer group and non-lung cancer group. The lung cancer group subdivided into glandular cancer、squama cancer、small-cell lung cancer、non-small-cell lung cancer.Select30healthy people as comparison. Use digital camera to take pictures of the patients’ tongue chromaticity. Measure the tongue chromaticity datum under the RGB color mode by computer’ image processing software and analyze the datum by T-test and Oneway ANOVA.Results:1.The patients with weakened fluorescence have greater R/R+G+B、B/R+G+B value in tongue chromaticity than healthy people, which is statistically significant.(P<0.05)2.Among the patients with weakened fluorescence, the lung caner group’s B/R+G+B value in tongue chromaticity is obviously greater than non-lung cancer group, which is statistically significant (P<0.05).The non-lung cancer group’s R/R+G+B value is greater than the group of healthy people, which is statistically significant.(P<0.05)3.Among the patients with weakened fluorescence, the glandular cancer patients’ R+G+B value in tongue chromaticity is greater than the squama cancer patients, which is statistically significant.(P<O.05)Conclusion:Under the observation of fluorescence bronchoscope, the tongue chromaticity of patients with weakened fluorescence is redder than healthy people; the lung cancer patients’ symptom of blood stasis in tongue are much more obvious than non-lung cancer patients, and also much obvious than healthy people; the glandular cancer patients probably have less furred tongue or no furred tongue.
