The Clinical Research Of Fixed-point Injection With Joint Mobilization Treatment Periarthritis Of Shoulder

ObjectiveThe research to clinical point of view, the objective evaluation and joint mobilization combined with point injection for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder periarthritis of shoulder treated with the method in the clinical efficacy. For the clinical treatment of the disease to find effective method and provide necessary basis, in order to better promote the application in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.MethodsSelect60patients met the inclusion criteria for scapulohumeral periarthritis cases,30patients were randomly selected point injection combined with joint mobilization therapy. The other30cases (control group) by point injection therapy.1months later, before and after treatment group, compare between groups (including the clinical curative effect of shoulder pain, shoulder function activity quantification score).Results(1) the two groups before treatment clinical manifestations (including the degree of pain, shoulder activity) comprehensive score of no significant difference (P>0.05); after1months treatment and clinical manifestations of comprehensive score group were compared between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), there was also a significant difference between groups (P<0.05)(2) the total efficiency of93.3%. The treatment group, control group, the total efficiency of76.7%, group efficacy had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion(1) fixed point injection combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with remarkable curative effect, can improve the blood supply, effective analgesia and improvement in shoulder function activity. (2) fixed point injection combined with joint mobilization for periarthritis of the curative effect of point injection therapy.
