The Clinical Research Of Curative Effect Of Zhenjintongjian Treatment Under Brachial Plexus Anesthesial On The Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective Set the norm of Zhenjintongjian Treatment under Brachial Plexus Anesthesial,and optimize the diagnosis and treatment of the scapulohumeral periarthritis.this reseach may improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the pain of the patients.Zhenjintongjian Treatment under Brachial Plexus Anesthesial,based on theory of syndrome differentiation of TCM and aponeurotic system,and modern medicine,set a great examp.e for traditional Chinese and modern medicine treatment of injuries and deficiencies of human joints and soft tissue.Besides,this reseach provide a platform for developing the theory of aponeurotic system.Methods:Use the method of randomized controlled trials,60 cases are divided into 2 group randomly,one group is treated by Zhenjintongjian Treatment under Brachial Plexus Anesthesial,the other one is treated by regular Tuina.To assess the therapeutic effect of Zhenjintongjian Treatment under Brachial Plexus Anesthesial,use the Constant-Murley shoulder assessment to assess the instrumental activities of the shoulder joint,and the simplified McGill pain questionnaires to the degree of pain,and the general evaluation index to general efficacy,and follow the patients at the ending of 1 month after the course of treatmen.Results the total effective rate of the treatment group results in 100%,and the control group results in 83.33%,which means treatment group is superior to control group.Moreover,treatment group is superior to control group in increasing the range of motion,alleviating pain and preventing relapse.Conclusion Zhenjintongjian Treatment under Brachial Plexus Anesthesial can release soft tissue adhesions of the scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,increase the range of motion,alleviate pain,prevent relapse,and improve the life quality of the patients,the curative effect is superior to control group.
