[Research objective]:This study is based on Chinese medicine theory, combined withthe present situation of the clinical treatment of periarthritisof shoulder, of injection stauntoniae acupoint injection ofclinical research on acupuncture treatment of periarthritis ofshoulder with. To wild papaya acupoint injection combined withacupuncture and acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulderwere used as treatment group and control group, compared the scorethrough test, comparison of the scores of pain and shoulder activitydaily living activities, to explore effective method for treatmentof periarthritis of shoulder and to explore its mechanism, whichprovides theoretical and experimental basis for the clinicaltreatment of periarthritis of shoulder.[Materials and methods]:Materials:This clinical study were accorded with the diagnostic standardof periarthritis of shoulder were treated90patients, all from2011September-2012year in December the Hubei Provincial TraditionalChinese Medical Hospital acupuncture clinic patients. Male41cases,female49cases; the youngest41years old, the biggest69years old, the age between41-69years of age, mostly45-55years old;the shortest course of30days, the longest1years.90cases ofthe first order, using simple random classification divided intotreatment group and control group, each group of45people. Wildpapaya acupoint injection combined with acupuncture group(treatment group)45cases, simple acupuncture group (control group)45cases. The treatment group in the treatment processautomatically give up1cases, finally completed a total of44casesof the control group treatment; the treatment process to takepainkillers in1cases, as the excluded cases; did not complete the2courses of treatment of1patients, as the loss of cases, finallycompleted treatment in43cases. The general situation of two groupswere statistically treated, no significant differences in sex, age,disease course and (P>0.05), data comparability.Methods:The two groups were selected before Jianyu, shoulder, Jianzhen,Yanglingquan, Zhongping, Ashi point into the0.8-1.2inch, to getgas for the degree, the needle for30minutes, the treatment groupafter pulling out the needles for acupuncture point injection. Thecontrol treatment group after the needle is not other.1times aday,6times for1course of treatment.5days rest betweentreatments after second course of treatment, a total of2courses.After treatment of2courses were compared before and after thetreatment, the scores of pain and shoulder joint activity, activityof daily living score, the results were statistically analyzed. [Result]:The treatment group29cases were cured (66%), improved in11cases (25%),4cases healed (9%), the total efficiency of40cases(91%); the control group13cases were cured (30%), improved in20cases (47%),10cases healed (23%), the total efficiency of33cases(77%), the two groups before and after treatment were not foundadverse reactions, after statistical analysis, two methods areeffective, and the comparison among groups of clinical efficacywith significant difference (p<0.05), showed that the curativeeffect of treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment group and the control group before and aftertreatment for pain and shoulder activity degree, activities ofdaily living score were significantly different (p<0.05), that areobviously therapeutic effect of2treatment of pain, periarthritisof shoulder, activities of daily living, and the treatment groupon scapulohumeral periarthritis symptoms improved better than thecontrol group.[Discuss]:Periarthritis of shoulder is one of the clinical common disease,by means of injection stauntoniae acupoint injection combined withclinical research on acupuncture and acupuncture treatment ofperiarthritis of shoulder, come to the conclusion that the twomethods are effective for the treatment of scapulohumeralperiarthritis. Two kinds of treatment of disease degree of pain,periarthritis of shoulder, activities of daily living were improvedobviously curative effect; and the treatment group for pain and shoulder activity degree, ADL was significantly better than thecontrol group. Injection stauntoniae have scanty bacteric, Qi andrelieving pain, Noki Uri acupoint injection combined withacupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder were, is worthyof clinical application and promotion.
