The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Huoxuexiaozheng Fang In Treating Adenomyosis

Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect of HuoXueXiaoZheng Fang, which isapplied to treat adenomyosis, and explore it work mechanism. Methods: We totallyobserved60patients of adenomyosis and it was divided into two groups randomly. Thetreatment group take HuoXueXiaoZheng Fang, while the control group take DanEFuKangpaste, which are compared to observe their curative effects and impacts on Serum estradiol(E2)、Thromboxane (TXB2)、Nitric oxide (NO) and Uterine volume. Results: Aftertreatment, the dysmenorrhea effect of the treatment group was76.67%,while thedysmenorrhea effect of the control group was63.33%and there were significantdifferences between groups (P<0.05). The syndrome score of the two groups aftertreatment has obviously significant differences (P<0.01). The Serum estradiol (E2)、Thromboxane (TXB2) and Nitric oxide (NO) level of the two groups is obviouslydecreased after treating, which has significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01) except Thromboxane (TXB2). The Uterine volume is decreased of thetwo groups after treating, which has significant differences compared with ex-treatment(P<0.01) and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: HuoXueXiaoZheng Fang has bettereffect in treating adenomyosis. The effect of the treatment may be achieved throughimproving the condition of high condensation in blood and improving vascular contraction,reducing the algogenic substance and inflammatory medium contents in lesion sites etc toimprove the syndromes.
