| Objective:1.To explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and clinical multi-information factors of adenomyosis and provide reference for the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of this disease.2.Through intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the regulation of nerve growth factor and its receptor in the adenomyosis model rats,this paper explores the regulation mechanism of activating blood consumption prescription on dysmenorrhea nerve growth factor and its receptor in adenomyosis,providing experimental and theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:1.Using epidemiological survey method,the epidemiological questionnaire of TCM syndromes distribution of adenomyosis was compiled,the database was established,and the background of diagnosis and treatment,life history and history of menstrual history were analyzed.Analysis of adenomyosis by factor analysis of the main clinical features of TCM syndrome elements.2.Wistar female rats as the experimental object,using the endometrial and muscular suture surgical induction method,copy the model of adenomyosis.Fifty rats were randomly divided into two groups:the model group,the mifepristone group,the low,middle and high dose group,10 rats in each group,and the normal control group.only.The expression of NGF and TrkA in uterine tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results:1.This study participants included 199 patients with uterine adenomyosis,into a high incidence of patients by age 26 to 45 years old accounted for 79.5%;The type of qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome,most(40.2%),followed by qi and blood stasis(24.6%),the third is haemorrheological nature blood stasis(18.1%);Has a history of menstruation to be not moved,diagnosis and treatment of TCM history and history of disease of department of gynaecology has significant difference in average each kind of this syndrome,has a history of western medicine treatment no difference in the kind of this syndrome,has a history of gynecologic surgery in heat scorching blood stasis,qi and blood stasis,kidney and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency and blood stasis of the mean significant differences,have a mother or sister in phlegm and blood stasis dysmenorrhea history alternating knot certificate,heat scorching blood stasis,haemorrheological nature,kidney and blood stasis syndrome of blood stasis syndrom;Like cold drink in hot burning,qi and blood stasis syndrome of blood stasis syndrome of mean significant differences.menstrual period to wash in hot burning blood stasis,kidney and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis and knot,qi and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency and blood stasis of mean significant differences;During the qi and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis and each certificate,burning heat,Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of blood stasis syndrome of mean significant differences;In every type of temperament irritable mean higher than not impatient;Disposition optimistic in every type of average below the optimists,In every type of work or life pressure head are higher than average without work or life pressure head:Comparison between groups in mean severity of dysmenorrhea of qi deficiency and blood stasis,the degree of dysmenorrhea was significantly higher than that of light;comparison between groups of different menstrual differences in various syndromes of blood viscosity in mean no;the syndrome of blood were significantly higher than those in normal group;compared to the mean blood clot in the heat with blood stasis and kidney deficiency blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group four big groups were larger than blood clot group and non blood group;mean cold coagulation and blood stasis type for the large group and small group was higher than that of blood clot without clot group;comparison between groups showed different means between groups of leucorrhea were not up to significant differences between groups;comparison results showed that the mean lower sticky texture group of phlegm and blood stasis,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were significantly higher than those of normal subjects;Uterine adenomyosis patients pulse condition with fine veins(27.86%),string of arteries and veins(25.00%)and heavy(22.66%)had the highest percentage of arteries and veins,thin pulse distribution at the highest of qi deficiency blood stasis(49.53%),followed by haemorrheological nature blood stasis(20.56%),string pulse at the highest of qi and blood stasis(36.46%),followed by qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(32.29%),heavy vein with qi deficiency blood stasis(35.63%),the highest followed by qi and blood stasis(25.29%),haemorrheological nature blood stasis(22.99%);Factor analysis of the influential factors of seven groups of common factor,the first factor to include fatigue,shortness of breath,less gas lazy words,god four symptoms such as weakness is easy tired,factors explain variance was 24.463%,the analysis of four factors of symptoms as qi deficiency,the second factor consists of five upset hot,loss of libido,hot flashes,night sweats,GanYan dry mouth,dizziness tinnitus,alvine six symptoms such as heartburn,factors explain variance was 7.560%,six symptoms of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome elements analysis,low quantity of other factors,the influence is small.2.Seven groups of endometrial tissue in rats of NGF plays the mean difference reached significant level;Seven groups of endometrial tissue in rats of TrkA average difference reached significant level;Model NGF and TrkA mutual decision proportion about 56.9%,according to the high correlation,both as a positive correlation.Conclusion:1.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common type ofadenomyosis,and Qi deficiency is the major syndrome elements,followed by Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Therefore,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome will be the focus of future research on the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.2.NGF and its receptor is one of the mechanisms leading to dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis,through the Huo xue Xiao Zheng Fang regulation of NGF and its receptor imbalance,improve and control the development of dysmenorrhea. |
