Objective: Through Extensive collection of cases of hypertension in the clinic,andby using the Data Mining technology, we count hypertension clinical Data and Analyzethe medication of effective cases.And then we may unearth systematic summary of druglaw of treatment on hypertension of Professor Ding Shuwen and unique insights into theacademic and drug ideas, and furtherly promote the heritage of clinical experience offamous and old doctor on TCM.Method: On Professor Ding Shuwen out-patient, we collect all medical records toattending,then Input of Chinese medicine out-patient electronic medical records system Inorder to build structured information collection database, at the same time we shot recordswith a camera.At the end of the collection,wel bring up all of the cases of hypertensionfrom the electronic medical records system and combining the camera case for theauxiliary so as to make the case information complete and accurate,then organize the casesin regular format.At last we sort out330clinical cases which have a history ofhypertension,including250clinical cases which bear with Hypertension medication andhave effective or markedly upshot,37clinical cases which have invalid outcome or aresuspended,43clinical cases which have a good control of blood pressure at the time oftreatment. The250clinical cases are made up of183cases which are based on thetreatment of hypertension medication and58cases which are based on the treatment ofCoronary heart disease medication and9cases which are based on the treatment ofArrhythmia medication.We recover data such as age, sex, diet, body mass index from330clinical cases for the purpose of epidemiological survey.we analyze the traditional Chinesemedicinal materials of183cases which are based on the treatment of hypertension medication using Chinese medicine heritage auxiliary system V1.0,and then we researchthe traditional Chinese medicinal materials of high frequency in sexual taste and meridianand cluster analysis by SPSS19.0so as to find experience of Professor Ding in thetreatment of hypertension.Results：the main analysis of drug:1.in the117traditional Chinese medicinal materials,qingre drugs,huoxue drugs,buxuedrugs, pinggan drugs are the most using drugs.2.sixing:hanxing yao uses mostly,composes43.8%,and the second is wenxing yao,composes26.4%.3.wuwei:kuwei yao uses mostly,composes38.3%,and the second is ganwei yao, com-poses33.7%.4.guijing:ganjing yao uses mostly, composes20.9%,and the second is xinjing yao,composes13.6%,and the third is shenjing yao, composes13.4%.5.we get eight cluster combinations from117traditional Chinese medicinalmaterials:Schisandra-Gardenia-Poria-moutan; white peony-turmeric-silkworm-Bupleurum;red peony-bezoar-Dictamni-Zhuru-tangerine peel-Trichosanthes; Pinellia-woody-leeches-Astragalus;Loranthaceae-Cork-epimedium-Anemarrhena; Ligustrum lucidum-Herba Siegesbeckiae,-Alisma-licorice-dogwood-Uncaria; forsythia-Albiziajulibrissin-gypsum-Nepeta-tortoiseshell; rhubarb-cumin-Scrophulariaceae-betel nut.6.we get five cluster combinations from42traditional Chinese medicinalmaterials ofhigh frequency: C1:Ligustrum lucidum, fleece-flower root system, dogwood, Eucommia,white peony root, Semen, Polygonum vine, Achyranthes; C2:Poria, Atractylodes,Astragalus, the Herba Siegesbeckiae, Epimedium, Notopterygium, Amomum, betel nuts,licorice root, Pinellia; C3: Chuanxiong, Corydalis, wood, tree peony bark, rhubarb, leeches,red sage root, Pueraria; C4:Uncaria, Tianma, antelope horn, chrysanthemum; C5:habitat,Anemarrhena, gardenia, Alisma, cassia, borneol, Radix, Coptis, Phellodendron, gentian,skullcap, Scrophulariaceae.Conclusion：When Professor Ding cures hypertension, he thinks highly of gan, xin,shen and uses han,ku yao mostly.Qingrejiedu,huoxuehuayu,huatanqushi is his commonlyused treatment method.
