The Relativity Research Of The Content Various Of Risk Factors With The Chinese Medicine Vascular System Dialectical Type Of CHD

Objective:Through the investigation and statistics of the multiple cardiovascular risk factors,correlation between the various risk factor for coronary Heart Diesease Context of systemstheory dialectical type,provide the theory basis and clinical evidence to coronary arterydisease syndrome differentiation type and prevention.Methods:From2011to2012, we select80standards-compliant patients in Qilu Hospital ofShandong University health care. According to the random control principle, select20cases of healthy person at the age of60-89as the control group; and elderly patients with60cases, the TCM syndrome differentiation in turn to heart and blood stasis windingresistance group20cases, the heart collaterals Chu urgent group20cases; Heart and bloodstasis winding plug group20cases.Result:There are significant differences between smoking the three groups in,BP,FPG,TC,BM I(P<0.05); Three groups of coronary heart disease analysis of coronary risk factorsthrough logistics discovered that the first group had intimate relation with smoking、FPG;the second group is with LDL-C、TC、FPG、BMI;the third group is with FPG、BMI、TC、BP、smoking. Tongxinluo stasis with stable angina pectoris, sensitivity47%, theTongxinluo constraints acute variant angina sensitivity71.4%, cardiac network blockageand myocardial infarction, the sensitivity of69.3%.Conclusion: The closly risk factors with CHD are smoking,BP,FPG,BMI,TC;during the clinical treatment of CHD,we should pay more attention to these factors. Heart and blood stasis winding resistance, heart Chu winding urgent, heart and blood stasisand dangerous for collaterals plug correlation sort as follows: FPG> blood fat> diastolicblood pressure>BMI> smoking.Heart and blood stasis syndrome and angina functionaries drag are closely related;Heart Chu winding in closely related with variability angina card; Heart and blood stasissyndrome and collaterals plug myocardial infarction are closely related.
