Clinical Study On The Treatment For Acne Vulgaris(Phlegmy Wet Stasis Sluggish Type) With Kecuo Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kecuo decoction in treatment on Acne Vulgaris.Methods:Selecting82inclusion criteria patients who suffered from acne vulgaris (Phlegmy wet stasis sluggish type), using a random method randomly divided into treatment group and control group, four cases in the observation process off, the actual completion of the medical treatment group (39cases), the control group (39cases).The therapy group is treated with Kecuo decoction of traditional Chinese medicine for oral use, the control group is treated with DanCanTong capsuleto observe the facial oil before and after the two groups of patients, lesions extent, quantity, color and swelling of the degree of improvement in the situation, the observation time of8weeks.Results:The total effective ratio respectively was94.87%、82.05%in two groups in integrated efficacy.There was significant difference shown between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kecuo decoction can significantly eliminate the clinical symptoms, is safe and effective ideal drug for treatment of acne vulgaris (Phlegmy wet stasis sluggish type).
