The Study On The Pharmacy And Pharmacodynamics Of Jian Pi Oral Liquid

Objective:①In our work, we will establish the quality standard and study on the stability of Jian Pi Oral Liquid.②Through the study of pharmacodynamics and toxicology to investigate the therapeutic action and security of Jian Pi Oral Liquid to the mice with Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency Type.Method:①To establish the quality standard of Jian Pi Oral Liquid,we will test the appearance,status,taste,smell,the value of pH and relative density. Using TLC identification method,we can identify the ingredient of Fructus Lycii and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.Using accelerating test,we can know the preliminary stability of Jian Pi Oral Liquid.②Through the mice test of gastric emptying、intestine peristalsis、lymphocyte proliferation and hemolytic,we can determine the rate of gastric emptying、intestine peristalsis、lymphocyte proliferation and hemolytic,and the level of GAS and VIP in each group.③By the use of the method of acute toxicity test,we will know the drug security of Jian Pi Oral Liquid.Result:①Preparation process includes:Jian Pi Oral Liquid prescription was decocted in water two times. Aqueous extract of Jian Pi Oral Liquid prescription was concentrated to the relative density of1.25-1.30g/ml.The concentrate was precipitated by70%ethanol. The volume of1000ml water dissolved precipitation and sugar is added to water.②Quality standard:The preparation of Jian Pi Oral Liquid is Orange-yellow liquid and slightly sweet. The value of pH was regulated in the range of6.27-6.69. The value of relative density was regulated in the range of1.12-1.15g/ml.③Different doses of Jian Pi Oral Liquid could decrese the rate of gastric emptying and small bowel peristalsis of mices in different extent. Different doses of Jian Pi Oral Liquid could increase the content of GAS and decrease the content of VIP in different extent. Different doses of Jian Pi Oral Liquid could improve the rate of lymphocyte proliferation and hemolytic of mices in different extent.④In the test of acute toxicity,there was no dead, mice’s activity is normal.Conclusion:①The preparation of Jian Pi Oral Liquid is correspond with national standards.②Jian Pi Oral Liquid could adjust the function of gastrointestinal dynamics and the level of GAS and VIP,also could improve the function of immunity in mice with Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency Type.③Clinical use of Jian Pi Oral Liqid is quite safe.
