Service marketing as a new marketing model, to enhance the core competitiveness of service industry has become a powerful weapon. Service marketing for professional health examination institutions is a new marketing concept, specifically for medical service marketing research is also a new topic. Based on the domestic and international services marketing research analysis, and the combination of Xi’an PH medical center service marketing current situation, I hope to professional health examination of this one special industry marketing research, can help Xi’an PH medical center to establish a scientific system of marketing service system, so that the Xi’an PH medical center to obtain the ability of sustainable development.This paper is divided into Seven parts, the first chapter is introduction, through this article research background and the significance to carry on the analysis, this article put forward the need to study the issue; the second chapter is the related theory, a systematic summary of domestic and foreign research present situation, including the service marketing, health examination service marketing and so on; the third chapter of the Xi’an PH Medical Center’s marketing analysis, from health examination market facing the macro environment to Xi’an medical market, marketing situation and SWOT analysis; the fourth chapter of the Xi’an PH examination center marketing present situation, existing problems and cause analysis; fifth chapter Xi’an PH Medical Center service marketing strategy research, systematic and focused analysis and the development of Xi’an PH medical center product, price, channel, promotion, personnel, process, physical display, performance evaluation elements such as the specific tactics; the sixth chapter is the Xi’an PH medical center marketing scheme security measures; the seventh chapter is the conclusion of the article, and further research problems and suggestions.Xi’an PH medical center business belongs to the medical service category, the concept of service marketing is especially suitable for medical institutions. Service marketing strategy in the professional medical institutions gradually applied, to continue to strengthen the professional health examination institutions marketing competitive advantage, rich professional health examination institutions marketing connotation has very important significance. For other professional health examination service marketing has certain reference function, at the same time it on professional health examination institutions health sustainable development has a very important practical significance.
