In recent years,with the continuous improvement of residents’ income level,residents’ awareness of dental care has been continuously enhanced,and the dental care service industry has shown great potential in the consumer market.And because stomatology is compatible with the dual concepts of health and aesthetics,it also determines that the stomatology market must be in a rapid iterative upgrading process,which requires stomatology clinics to adapt to market changes,adopt active and effective marketing strategies,promote the formation of a stable market share,and finally realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,the specific research on the marketing strategy of stomatological clinics has important practical significance for realizing the stable development of China’s whole stomatological industry and improving residents’ oral health awareness.However,private clinics,as a group with rapid development in the current market,how to achieve rapid and healthy development in the fierce market environment is the key,which has become the focus that needs to be solved at present.Marketing strategy is an important support point for enterprises to be invincible in the market competition.For private clinics,how to implement efficient marketing strategy is undoubtedly an important problem that needs to be solved urgently at present,and it has strong practical significance for realizing their own market competitiveness and expanding market share.Based on this,this paper selects LJL stomatological clinic as the research object.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,this paper specifically optimizes its marketing strategy at this stage in order to promote its better development.Firstly,this paper selects 4P marketing theory,value marketing theory and product life cycle theory as the theoretical basis,analyzes the specific current situation of LJL dental clinic’s implementation of marketing strategy at this stage,and analyzes the main problems in the implementation of product strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy and price strategy in the form of questionnaire,such as lack of professional promotion team Inflexible price elasticity and prominent cost pricing phenomenon.In this regard,this paper further uses Porter’s five forces model to discuss the market macro environment and industry competition environment of LJL dental clinic,analyzes the opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages in the current implementation of marketing combined with SWOT analysis method,and finally comes to the conclusion that LJL dental clinic implements the market pricing strategy based on the product market life cycle The channel strategy of "giving priority to online channels,supplemented by offline channels" and the combined promotion strategy of "internal promotion + external promotion" are the most effective marketing strategies at present.Finally,this paper further analyzes the specific implementation content of the above three marketing strategy optimization measures in detail,and strengthens the management and attention of marketing,creates a good corporate culture,strengthens human resource management and talent reserves,and builds customer relationships.The system and other four aspects put forward corresponding guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy after the optimization of LJL Dental Clinic,and promote the good and sustainable development of the enterprise.Similarly,the research conclusions of this paper also have strong reference significance for the optimization and implementation of marketing strategies of private dental clinics in this city and other similar cities.
