The Clinical Study Of Baiwu Decoction And Regulating Qi-lfowing For Pain Relief Cream In The Treatment Of Abdominal Pain In Children(stagnation Of Qi)

Purpose: Discussion on the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine in thetreatment of abdominal pain in children due to stagnation of qi.Method: Select90cases in accordance with functional abdominal pain(abdominal painin children due to stagnation of qi),without medically unexplained abdominal pain, accordingto the history, clinical manisfetationsm,physical examination and assisted check, and dividethem into three groups at random. Treatment group,30cases, use Baiwu Decoction andRegulating Qi-flowing for pain relief cream; control group1,30cases, use Baiwu Decoctionand Ding Guier umbilical paste; control group2,30cases, use Regulating Qi-flowing creamfor pain relief cream. The course of the treatment is4days, and follow-up observation ofcurative effect is one month.Result: After the statistical analysis, the overall effective rate in the treatment group is90.0%,that in the control group one77.7%;in the control group two70.0%.There are greatdifferences among three groups（P<0.05）.And, the treatment group is better than the controlgroups in the terms of improvement of Symptoms and signs, treating time and reducingrecurrence rate.Conclusion: Baiwu Decoction and Regulating Qi-flowing for pain relief cream in thetreatment of abdominal pain in children due to stagnation of qi is clinically effective andespecially safe, which provides a new train of thought in the treatment of abdominal pain inchildren due to stagnation of qi.
