Objective:The clinical study on the patients with lumbar disc herniation with electric acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment by means of intervention. Through the" low back pain score (JOA score)" and" McGill pain about scale" observation on electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and simple electro-acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical curative effect, observation on electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method and the relationship between them. In order to explore the simple and effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and provide scientific basis for clinicalMethods:60patients met the inclusion criteria for the patients with lumbar disc herniation in order of visit were randomly divided into the treatment group (acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment), control group (simple electro-acupuncture acupuncture), two groups of patients were30cases. Weekly for5times,10times for the1treatment course, after3courses, each group before treatment, treatment of the first course of treatment, after second courses of treatment are:1." Low back pain score standard"(JOA score); the McGill pain score inquiry. Before and after treatment with each index and symptom scores were statistically analyzed.Results:(1) After treatment, two groups of patients with subjective symptoms, clinical signs, daily activity, pain were improved, in the group before and after treatment were compared with indicators have significant difference (P<0.01);(2) After each treatment index drop comparison group, pain reduction has significant difference (P<0.05).(3) Before and after treatment in two groups of symptoms within integral comparison were significant difference (P<0.01); two groups before and after treatment symptoms integral decline compared with significant difference (P<0.01);(4) Electro-acupuncture group and the acupuncture group were respectively93.33%and76.67%, electro-acupuncture group in the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of simple acupuncture group, P<0.05(P=0.03).Conclusions:1simple electro-acupuncture acupuncture and electro-acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has good curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine, but the overall effect is better than that of simple acupuncture acupuncture.2simple electro-acupuncture acupuncture and electro-acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine can reduce the patients with lumbar disc herniation pain index, electro-acupuncture in patients with diminished subjective symptoms, clinical signs, daily activity, pain was obviously better than acupuncture acupuncture.3Effect of electro-acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine can effectively relieve patients with lumbar disc herniation clinical symptoms, worthy of further study.
