| Objective:Study and explore the clinical effects on the patients of advanced gastric cancer treated by strengthening the Spleen to reinforcing qi combined with chemotherapy. Further specify the treatment role of Chinese medicine strengthening the Spleen to reinforcing qi.Methods:Choose40patients with advanced gastric cancer, and divide them into treatment group and the control group randomly. Take strengthening the Spleen to reinforcing qi combined with mDCFchemotherapy in the treatment group(20cases),and the specific drug as follows:Docetaxel75mg/m2ivgttd1,Oxaliplatin85mg/m2ivgtt2h d1,5-FU750mg/m2ivgttd1-5, every three weeks one cycle; the control group(20cases), only for or mDCFprogram two cycles. Compare Chinese clinical symptoms, living condition before and after treatment, tumor symbols, toxicity after chemotherapy between two groups were also observed.Results:The clinical symptoms of patients:the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group by statistical analysis(P=0.003<0.05);in particular stomach pain,acid reflux, anorexia and lassitudewere much better than that of the control groupafter treatment by statistical analysis(P<0.05). In the quality of life and Karnofsky the difference have meaning in the statistics.Toxic reaction:the results show the incidence of bone marrow suppression was lower than the control group, the difference has meaning in the statistics (P=0.037<0.05).But Liver damagein has no meaning in the statistics (P=0.073>0.05).However, there are no significant difference in stabling tumor resection and reducing the expression of tumor markers between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The usage of taking mDCF chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with strengthening the Spleen to reinforcing qi could improve patients’ clinical symptoms and living conditions, reduces the side effects of chemotherapy. However, there are no significant difference in stabling tumor resection and reducing the expression of serum CEA between two groups. The treatment methods of strengthening the Spleen to reinforcing qi prescription are one of the effective ways to treat gastric cancer. |
