By Traditional Chinese Medicine"Gu Yan Tuo Du Wan" And Tissue Transplantation In Treatment Of Chronic Calcaneal Osteomyelitis Treated

Objective:To evaluate the safety and validity in treatment of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine "Gu Yan Tuo Du Wan" and tissue transplantation.Methods:Selected39patients in the experimental standard. The age of them were18-65,in an average of51years, in which there were21male and18female. All of them were unilateral chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis in3-24months. Grouped by completely randomized:there were20cases in experimental group in which11male and9female and19cases in control group in which10male and9famale.The experimental group’s took Gu Yan Tuo Du Wan two times daily by water after dining for a month and operated elective. The control group’s only operated elective. Both of the tow group’s applicated antibiotics according the principle pre and post the operation and disabled all the drug concerned with the treatment. all the data of the tow group were analysised by SPSS17.0.Results:All the patients’ wounds healed postoperative. In the experimental group’s,12cases healed at the14days postoperative,8cases at the14days-28days, I cases after the28day,In the control group’s,9cases healed at the14days postoperative,9cases at the14days-28days, leases after the28day There were obvious differences between the tow groups by statistical analysis(P＜0.05). In the recurrence of osteomyelitis postoperative, there were0case happened at the second month, and only1cases happened at the fouth month and1cases at sixth month and0case at the tenth month in experimental group’s. In the control group’s, there was1case happened at the second month,2cases at the forth month,1case at the sixth month and2case at the tenth month. There were obvious differences between the tow groups by statistical analysis(P﹤0.05). The results show that:in the healed time and recurrence of osteomyelitis postoperative, there were obvious statistical significance between the tow groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:It has safety and reliable clinical efficacy of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine "Gu Yan Tuo Du Wan" and tissue transplantation, and it worth to be popularized.
